  Thanks for hospitality!

  Our family stayed in the Capitol Residence in May 4-11, 2013. The season in Cattolica was not yet open and many hotels had been preparing for opening. But the Capitol Residence kindly suggested us a nice room with a wide kitchen that served us as the second room and where we could prepare our meals. This time we were the only visitors in this beautiful hotel. But the personnel were as kind as to warm water in the Jacuzzi and to heat the sauna only for us at any desired time. They suggested us three bicycles for free and we could enjoy riding them any time we wanted. It was nice to ride along the beach by the wooden trip and in the area with limited movement of cars. The beach was quite near to the hotel and was almost empty, so we were the only family that enjoyed swimming this time of the year. In Cattolica we could rent a car and made a wonderful travel to San Marino, crossing old Roman road with rests of old Roman constructions. The hotel suggested us discounted cards for three beautiful restaurants situated quite near to the hotel. The personnel is very friendly, with a good sense of humor, reflecting the best qualities of the Italian hospitality! We advice travellers to use the Residence Capitol in the Cattolica Rimini to enjoy the very start of the swimming season.

  Perfect!

  Polite staff, which is making you to feel as a family or an old friend just visiting them. Best of my trips hotel! Small pool but enough to dip, and luckily in the shadow. Great play room next to the pool - soooo practical for the families with kids! Our daughter has spend there a lot of time. Two steps from the sea hotel location plus discounts to the sun umbrellas&so on, provided by the hotel. And a sea view from the balcony! Small, but enough for 4 people;). Would defenatelly recommend it for the perfect holiday!

  Got wrong apartment without a sea view

  Got here wrong apartment because booked vista mare sea view apartment online but the woman at the reception gave older apartment without sea view. There was just a noisy bar under the apartment we got, no sea view for us even we booked sea view apartment. When made reservation online got sea view apartment but at checkin didn't get what we booked. The bar under the apartment was very noisy party every evening. Totally not suitable apartment with bar underside for a family maybe it is suitable for young people who travel to Cattolica for party weekend. I think this kind of apartment should be cheaper because of the noise. There was a swimming pool but it's door was locked, the pool+solarium upside is only with the payment even it was included online message thought. Found another pool in hotel but it was only a little children's pool, too small for adults to swim. Price was 100e/night of this and I think it's too expensive price because of what got with the money: just apartment, no sea view no big pool included no breakfast included. Week at this hotel mean 6 days stay, also didn't know about this system before. Positive things: walking distance to tourist streets with shops and cafes and walking distance to beach and parties if you like to party. Summer season Cattolica has party every night. Hotel has many different types of apartments: modern apartments (always booked or that she said) but also old apartments. First I thought I could give a positive feedback but now can't because didn't even get a view. We got old apartment without a sea view. First time visiting Cattolica and perhaps last time. Cleaning quality should improve, no daily cleaning included.

  Perfect for Misano

  Friends and I stayed at the Residence Capitol when we came down for the San Marino Misano MotoGP in September 2013. The hotel was well located for the restaurants, bars and night life of Cattolica, which went into the small hours with the sounds of people having a good time. The hotel staff were most helpful, particularly in respect of providing parking. Our room on the 2nd floor was sufficient for our needs, although a little tight for a 3 share. However, it was clean and well maintained, and proved to be a good base for San Marino and the broader region.

  Great Location and Value

  We stayed here for a week with our young kids and my parents in a 2-bedroom/ 2-bath apartment. It was small as expected, but all 6 of us had cozy beds. The staff were kind and understanding when my kids broke a glass. The location could not have been better walled right out to the beach, a piazza with restaurants/ gelato, rides of kids.
