  Average Hotel and Staffs are good

  We stayed there for two days and rooms are small compared for the price. The front desk People are very good and service staff are okay for that environment. Breakfast was average for the price but its okay for very short or overnight stay.

  Family tour on pilgromage

  Horrible experience with this hotel right before checkin. When I called the hotel about my time of checkin (9.00PM app), the person attended asked me on when I will be leaving? It was booked through online and they know well about my return. Beddings were very poor. No pillow covers. No towels. and No toiletries. At last after around eight phone calls they attended t the points but given Shampoo and asked us to use as Soap. Windows were not having screens and they replied that since the paint work is incomplete they have not fixed. If the room is not fit for use, why should they give to a customer? They are running a NON-VEG restaurant at the reception and the period when I went being Ramzan they had big hoardings of BIRYANI and some non veg stuffs. The Management of Alam does not have in mind that having such advertisement will not be appreciated by all who is going to be staying. They should decide whether they should run Biryani business or Lodging business. They are bit confused and my day spoiled. Never ever think of this hotel in future.

  Overnight Stay during a temple visit

  The rooms were clean and beds were comfy.. The kids loved it.. Pleasant stay and woke up fresh ,, Big bathroom with hot water. Now the cons,, Room service is not as expected.. Coffee was atrocious.. 30 for a cup of warm water @ coffee.. Certainly parking was not good since it was located in a prime locality main road..

  Stay at Ranas Residency, Trichy

  Ranas Residency is a little less than a three star hotel and is located on the cantonment road about 1.5 km from the Central bus stand, Trichy. Hotel is good and if someone is looking for a budget hotel, sure can stay here. Hotel offers free breakfast & Wi-fi, but the morning breakfast menu is the same all day, with not much variety. The lunch & dinner are also not much with varieties. That goes for the food. Hotel staff are good and courteous. An average hotel.....

  Comfortable for a Short Stay

  My family and I booked this place since it was in the Center of the city. We were initially sceptical about booking 2 rooms for 4 members, since this was a new hotel. However after reading reviews and the fact that we would be in the room just for the night to sleep, made us book this place. The hotel is located in convent road and the car park is a couple of blocks away. The hotel has 3 floors and 27 rooms. It was a very easy check in. The Sunday afternoon that we arrived from Chennai was hot and tiring and we tried to take a nap. We heard construction noises from the hotel and thin walls made it seem louder. I switched on the fan, and since it was a false ceiling, the fan started making a weird noise at 4, so I reduced the speed to 3. The room is sufficient for 2. A huge queen bed, tv, mirror, cupboard and bathroom. The towel was grey in color so I didnt use it, and the bathroom shower was forceful and sprayed everywhere except on me. We ordered coffee at 5 in the morning and it was super sugary. There is a restaurant in the ground floor but I seldom saw people eat there. Compared to other hotels that charge you a days rent for exceeding time limit, these guys charge you only 150 rupees for every addition hour (beginning from 12 pm. The checkout time is 11 am). Overall you can book it, if you are coming back just to sleep/ rest.
