  Very Poor

  We stayed in this hotel for the North Face Trail, the hotel was chosen by the organizer. First when you arrive in the lobby, it looks strange nearly empty, few furniture, with the table served as check-in desk. The room where we stayed, was poorly furnished. The T.V. had only Thai channel, the bathroom was not finished not ceramic tiles on the wall, the sink water was running very slowly, no wardrobe, no night light, ... In bref better to avoid.

  Below standard

  This hotel is located next to a famous resort, called Bonanza. The Capital J is good for team building activities, because of size and cost advantage. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor, facing a mountain view. The room is considered below standard in term of cleaness, especially shower room. In addition, the hot water machine in shower room is not really work. I would recommend to stop by a coffee house opposite this hotel. It is called ob oon. Good quality and fair price. In conclusion, this hotel is not my cup of tea.

  Clean, quiet, friendly

  Stayed here for the North Face 100 2016. Staff were very friendly and very helpful to us. The rooms do not have much in the way of creature comforts, but they are clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are great and the air con works well. Just nearby the Capital J and Bonanza is a great little local cafe/resturant which serves very good and cheap food, there is also a store and a coffee stall. I would stay here again when doing TNF100 Thailand. This is a very rural area of Thailand. It is a little unrealistic to expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. This one is fine...

  Rooms need repair

  As with most other people, I stayed here for the North Face 100. Most of the staff in the hotel were from the North Face event organizer, so can't really comment on the hotel's staff. The hotel looks quite modern on the outside, but my room was very worn out and need of repair and a new paint job. The door had holes in some sections, and the balcony sliding door could not be locked. Location is right next to Bonanza, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Big parking lot in front.

  disapointed with the facility

  Once again a misleading picture, the pool is tiny and the conference halls look fight onto it, I knew this hotel is mainly for conferences, but its still a bit basic, only a bed, tv and fridge in the room, no kettle or or anything else, theres nothing in the reception area either, only a fridge selling cans of juice, no tea or coffee. You can only get food from another facility which is a good distance away from the hotel, although the staff smile a lot, they dont do much else, conference hotel not for family.
