  Place is great value for money. The manager really went out of her way .. Cathy to give us advice on cheap eats for our family. Nice and quiet , great area. Nice pool and clean. Right near light rail and restaurants.

  great service great location

  What a great find quiet close to everything friendly and family minded. The light rail 3 minutes walk to but you don't hear it Manager brilliant gives you the rundown on cheap eats were to go and how to get there.. Its not brand new put very clean the pool and gardens are lovely.

  Worst hotel on the coast

  Paid 300 per night. No air-conditioning. Had to buys our own toilet paper. Door to the kids room doesn't open enough for a adult to walk through it as it hits this the bed. Spa doesn't work. The pysco lady that's runs the place has to be the rudest person I have ever met. Definately should not stay here. Worst hotel ever. Better off sleeping on a park bench!!!!!!!!

  Happy

  A big thank you to Kathy for making us feel welcome during our stay. Although the apartment was a little dated, it was clean and provided us with the basic services that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved making friends with our neighbours. Kez was awesome and made us feel like we were at home. Cant wait to return next year

  I will never stay here again

  I have given one star for the friendly managers ( the only saving grace ) so on arrival the manager gave us our keys and decided to show me ( Mum was still in the car waiting) our apartment walking out into the 30+ heat he took me up three flights of stairs in a stairwell with a wobbly rail all the way , on reaching the top ( Im a rather well built 50 yr old) we went in and turned the air con on ( he had announced not all apartments have air con ) he the took me to the basement to show me where to put the car ( in my head Im telling myself about the seafood buffet later and this will help) we then park and we carried our luggage up the 4 flights as we were in the basement. Now I thought I need shower ( manager boasted how he had already had 4 due to heat) NO PRESSURE ! A dribbling bit of Luke warm water so no hair washing allowed , I understand about the water preservation sign I saw on the cupboard with the plastic flowers but this was beyond , seriously humorous almost . We eventually showered and I stood underneath the very noisy very wobbly ceiling fan to cool off we then went out for the evening The next morning after getting up we found the toilet had been leaking ( the wet feet was a give away ) but the good thing is , only when we flushed . Anyways home now so I shouldnt complain as I nabbed some bargains as pac fair, Im hoping they will read this for the maintenance issues as we just wanted to get out of there. But geez the pics look good on the website well done
