  Home away from Home!

  I have visited this Hotel Several times over the last year and a half. Not Only is it Perfectly Located for Dining out or Shopping, I Always feel at Home here! The rooms are Spacious and Comfortable, have Full size refrigerators, Microwaves, and even a Stovetop! Outside of that, I just Really Appreciate the Staff!! From Housekeeping to the General Manager, They are Awesome!! The second time I walked in, They called me by name... I was Impressed then, and I continue to be Impressed. They even have State of the art, Free Laundry... Free!! I now have them in my phone contacts, and call them whenever I need a hotel in this area, Wendy and the Entire Front Desk Staff Always make Me feel Welcome when I walk through the door!!

  Great stopover location

  I stopped here for a night while working in the Ohio valley. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was accommodating. Hotel is located in the corner of the Ohio valley mall and there are lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities within a short walk or drive.

  Great service and personal touches

  Convenient location. Nice property. We were assisted by Lorraine who went above and beyond. She helped is with places to eat, gave us a discount coupon and even left us a card thanking us for our stay and noting some of the things we had discussed the night before. I can't remember the last time I got such personal, attentive service. Thanks to Lorraine we will definitely be back!

  Very nice, clean, friendly staff, highly recommend.

  I stay here frequently as I'm currently working nearby. I love the pillows, the bed and how nice and clean the rooms are. Laundry is free and they have a nice little gym I hit every morning before work. I cant say enough about my new little 2nd home. Lorraine who works the desk is always super friendly & helpful. Another major plus is that its close to the Mall, Walmart, Kroger making it super convenient to grab food and cook in your kitchen. Alternatively, there's lots of good places to eat out. Not far from the interstate which is nice too.

  Suite not so Sweet

  We stayed in the 2-Queen bed suite with kitchen. The room was clean enough and the kitchen had much of what you would want, except an oven, not even a toaster oven. The point of getting a room with a kitchen is so that one can make a meal if one wishes. Not so easy here. The coffee maker was small--one cup, with only one pouch of regular and decaf. Again, with a suite and kitchen one would expect it to be available to serve more than one person. The TV was small and placed far from the beds so that the picture and sound were small. But, the real problem is the age and condition, especially in the bathroom. The plaster was cracked. The tub surround is fake, plastic tile.Normal sound, such as footsteps or conversations from the hallway and other rooms, was loud. This is an aging and not well-built hotel. The lobby breakfast area is very small and dark. There are probably better hotels with suites at about the same price. Skip this if you have the option to do so.
