  Excelente lugar!!

  Llegue cansada después de haber consultado en varios hoteles de la zona, y no esperaba nada mejor... pero recibí una agradable sorpresa: quien me recibió fue muy amable y la habitación es perfecta. Además el precio justo, Gracias!!

  I have to first say that the day I stayed they had just had the first big snow storm of the year so service may have been impacted. However, my shower had multiple long hairs still in it and the fixtures in the bathroom were wobbly and seeming unaffixed or improperly installed. The carpet also had dirt and particles still there as if vacuuming was haphazard. I have stayed at multiple Candlewood hotels and this is by-far the worst.

  Does anyone care about this hotel?

  Stopped here on my way from Florida to Philadelphia for one night. Based on my previous experience with the brand I didn't expect any problems...and didn't read reviews before booking. My first mistake. My second mistake was in not checking the room thoroughly before unloading my frozen food. Had I done so I would have requested a different room although I'm not sure that would have been any better. First... exterior paint is peeling in many areas-not a good look. Next...carpet outside elevator on the second floor is dirty and torn. Then, the room: alarm clock not plugged in ( outlet is behind bed so is impossible to use). I don't need the clock, but still... There were short black hairs on the counter in the bathroom; no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen, no soap dish. No DVD player although hotel website lists that as in the room. Drapes are stained. Water stain on ceiling. Paper drink coaster is dirty. Notepad has apparently been used as a coaster: pages look as though they had been wet at one time. Inner rim of kitchen drain is dirty. Two forks, two spoons, but only one knife. Mattress is saggy. All in all, this place is a disgrace to the Candlewood Suites brand. But-more fool me for not reading reviews before booking and not checking the room carefully before unpacking. Fortunately I'm only here for one night! Never again.

  Business Trip to VA

  Stayed to nights at this hotel. The room has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, small stove, microwave, sink and plenty of plates/cups/utensils. The hotel is an older facility so there are some cosmetic requirements that may need some attention. The gym had descent equipment, cardio and weights. The hotel is located next to the highway so you can hear the traffic going going by. In overall, it was fair for a two night stay.

  The carpets were stained. Clearly the room was not vacuumed nor was the floor cleaned. The dishwasher was dirty. The front desk area was clean but needed some tender love and care. The halls were dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Not worth the rate.
