TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEDISORGANIZED AND RUDE. This was our first experience with Candlewood Suites and it will probably be our last. Reservations were automatically cancelled due to a no-show (completely understand this if it is hotel policy). BUT when we called the following day after realizing what had happened to see if we still had rooms and if we could change the check-in date we were NOT told the rooms were cancelled and then we were told the changes on check-in dates could and were made only to have our employees show up to check in and not have any rooms/reservations for them. Yet online the reservations still showed as active? Front Desk and General Manager were very rude and basically told us it was our fault after giving about 5 other excuses of new staff, etc. Corporate office was very nice but there is a big disconnect between them and the individual hotels as they told us we still had rooms reserved as well and didn't know what they could do to help. Just very disorganized. Our company books a lot of hotel stays and have never had something like this happen. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel or IHG hotels to anyone at this point but I especially do not recommend the Enid OK location.

Only place to stayOkay I travel so much an everytime I come to enid I get the best sleep an stay from candlewood the employees are always so warm an welcoming I cant wait for my return the GM an her staff made sure all my needs an expectations were all excited

What a great bed!I am super picky when it comes to choosing a hotel for my family. The room was incredibly clean and smelled fresh, the linens were soft and didnt feel like sandpaper (like some of the other chains), and breakfast was also tasty. They took adequate precautions with health and safety and I appreciate that very much. 10/10 will book again soon

Where Do I Begin...Walked into the lobby to check in with our reservation. We brought our 4-legged baby, so there was a pet fee of $75 that I was well aware of. The gal behind the desk asked if I wanted to pay for the pet now or wait until checkout. I told her it didnt matter to me, whatever would be easier for them. So, she took payment for the dog via credit card. Big mistake. She did give me a paper receipt for pet fee for $75. I get notifications on my phone for transactions that I make with the card. I received the one on my phone for the pet fee, but also got another one for $211.65. This included for the room plus $50.00 deposit, that I would get back in three or four days, plus another $75.00 pet fee for the dog. So, I went back down and talked to the lady behind the desk and she agreed I paid twice for the dog, but she needed to talk to her supervisor, who could make the correction. The supervisor came on duty at 11pm. I came down at that time, and she made the correction but had to wait until the corporate office on the next day. Meanwhile, later, at 1am in the morning, I found an invoice which was slipped under the door for a total of $236.65 had hit my credit card. After, the pet fee, invoice should have been $136.65. They, corporate, overcharged me $100.00. They had also charged pet fee again. I went down again to the desk and caught the supervisor and showed her the invoice. She credited the $75.00 and printed a receipt for $86.65. Mean while my credit card account started showing a credit of $211.65 and a charge of $86.65. I made sure when I checked out, I had them print out another receipt for $0.00 balanced owed. The supervisor, Andrea Flores or maybe it was Taylor Gordon, (I got two business cards and cant remember for sure which one was there), was very patient and understanding for I came down three or four times during the night to make sure everything was correct. I suggested, maybe not collecting payment for the pets until checkout to elevate this problem. Anyway, she was great, I just wish I could remember her name for sure. We came to this motel because it is right beside Greenbrier Assistant Living Center, where the wifes father was just placed. As far as the room goes, well, we did find food that was left in the refrigerator, but other than that, room was great. Plenty of pillows. More than I could use. Bathroom had everything you needed in there. Room had full size refrigerator, two burner stove, dishes plus pots and pans. Lots of cabinet space. Maybe, they could simplify the tv remote thing. Only other suggestion I can make, if you have pets, pay their fees at checkout and not when you arrive at the motel. Would I come back? Sure I would. There is nothing like planning your vacation around your dog.

Wonderful PlaceLarge Clean room! Staff was very helpful and friendly, cupboard room was amazing tons of things to choose from with out breaking the bank for snacking options.Easy to find and in and out . Will stay here again!
