  Would be great for multiple nights

  We only stayed one night, but after staying here, I'll look for a Candlewood Suites next time we stay multiple nights somewhere. The room has plenty of space and the full kitchen would be nice for drinks and snacks. There was a full refrigerator with freezer, microwave, cooktop, toaster and dishwasher. There were also cooking utensils, food storage containers, real glasses, plates, flatware and a cutting board. They even had a little store on site where you could grab pizza etc to make in the room. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice, plenty of free parking. Check in was easy. The desk person was really nice and knew the area well. He made sure we knew that there was no breakfast at the hotel, but there are many restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes.

  Great place to stay

  While this is a long stay hotel, my one night stay was great. The room was well furnished and beds very comfortable. The staff is very attentive. Since its long stay, they dont have a breakfast buffet, but there are restaurants very close. I was there to have MRIs at OSU East. Also very close to the casino

  Nice hotel

  Hotel itself is super nice. Half the time the tv doesnt work (says no signal) hot water in bath/shower doesnt work. I was here with my fiancé on a business trip for 5 days and no kind of service was in our room. Called front desk because our trash was overflowing due to them having small trash cans. The lady said they only clean the room once a week. I was ok with that but at least come get our trash once a day? Overall nice hotel but wouldnt stay here again.

  Disappointed

  I have stayed at Candlewood Suites in the past and have always been happy but this time around I was disappointed. Not only did I add a note to my reservation but I also called to confirm that I would have a first floor king suite due to mobility issues. I also confirmed that I was traveling with a senior dog. However when I arrived, the clerk professed no knowledge of any of this despite notes to the contrary. He stated that there were no first floor rooms left but then miraculously found one when pressed although it was one with two queen beds. There were no creamers for the coffee in the morning and I was told that they often run out on weekends. A rather simple fix would be to order more. The room was ok and the bed was nice as was the shower which is why I didn't give this hotel a worse rating.

  Perfect

  Stayed several weeks for a work related project. Incredible Sales Operations Specialist. Always a smile on her face. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Never had a complaint. Will definitely be back.
