  Out Of Town Work

  Excellent hotel, I book 4-10 rooms for a couple months for my workers to stay out of town. Staff is absolutely amazing. My men was in several hotels during this pandemic, and this was by far the best yet. Billing, reasonable rates, and staff is amazing. My huge thank you goes to Michelle Vangelo (director of sales) who I deal with daily. Fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Great location, clean and friendly facility

  My company uses Candlewood Bethlehem to house temporary employees. They have worked with us on a fair rate for the length of stay and have provided a clean, quiet, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for all of our employees.

  Best hotel

  This is the best hotel the management and staff very caring and treat you like family the hotel vary clean the house keepers work very hard ro keep it clean and safe for everyone. I recommend candlewood to everyone. Barbara Z.

  Highly Recommend, Friendly Staff

  I've had nothing but great experiences when working with this Candlewood Suites and their staff. We reserve rooms for our visiting artists, musicians, staff, and other visitors and always hear great things from them. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is always friendly and attentive, the price is great and the hotel is clean, sanitized, and safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bethlehem.

  Disappointed

  My last trip in 2019 was amazing, rated 10! But now..not even a greeting upon arrival.Our room was booked for 4 people and had only 2 towels, greasy cabinets, the fewer items inside was so greasy and dirty, that needed to put in a dishwasher minutes that we arrived. Lots of trash by guests doors, they should pick it up more often, dirty hallways. Dirty laundry room.Rude front desk night shift lady. Only 2 plates, 2 forks..no pot or pan to cook. They gave at list one. We have to manage eating in a small bowl and use spoon if we all want to eat.I dont know if I can blame Covid 19 for the lack of maintenance.
