  Hotel basico en zona cutre. El hotel cobra por todo. Aire acondicionado, caja fuerte, wifi... lo peor no es eso es la nula limpieza de la habitacion y que las de limpieza me robaran una camiseta del armario y que la de la recepcion me dijera que no le sorprendia... el show que a las 8 de la mañana daban las de limpieza gritando y dando voces como si eso fuera una verduleria pero bueno la isla es unica a pesar de tan penoso hotel

  Hotel great, laganas 50/50

  We travelled to Zante after our Benidorm holiday was cancelled and were worried about the hotel after reading the reviews. (Jet2 had suggested the hotel). We are a group of 4 aged between 33 - 42 and previous reviews had us concerned about the average age of the people staying at this hotel. Turns out we had nothing to worry about and no issue with noise or trouble at all. The room was cleaned every day, getting a sun loungers wasn't a problem and the pool bar service was excellent. Everyone around the pool, regardless of age, where all chatting and telling stories about the previous night out and all getting along. Drink where priced as the rest of the resort and where nice and cold. The food was very very good, we didn't has a single bad meal. The evening meals were some of the best i've ever had at a pool side bar. Some of the negative points are, once in the room you lose phone signal, so you then have to pay for WIFI at 3 a day, but that wasn't very good either but did the job, just kept dropping out and disconnecting. Air con was also an additional cost and once turned on it worked great, but you had to line up the sensors on the doors perfectly and the slightest wind or movement would knock the sensor out of line and the air con would go off. Overall i would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone wanting to travel to Laganas.

  Lovely clean room ,cleaned daily very friendly helpful staff the Bar/restaurant food and drinks are amazing the guys in there cannot do enough for you go above and beyond to make you feel very welcome ,close to beach and supermarkets really enjoyed our stay will definitely be returning.

  Lovely hotel

  Just returned home after a lovely week at this hotel .. we stayed in a studio which was more than adequate for our needs , beds were so comfy and bathrooms were of a good size , only criticism I have got is that the WiFi is not the best even though we paid for it The bar connected to the hotel is brilliant , the lads Alex & George couldnt do enough for you , very helpful , always smiling and gave us good advice on places to visit . The free shots were a bonus too , food & drinks here were very reasonably priced , Would definitely return to this hotel as its in a good location , a 15 min walk to The Strip of Laganas but far away not to be disturbed by the noise

  Comfortable and Clean with Lively Bar

  Just got back from a week at this Hotel in Laganas. Found the room and balcony of a reasonable size and cleaned every day by friendly ladies. Reception staff helpful. Downsides were the extra costs of 15 euros per devise for WiFi which didn't appear to work most of he time plus Air conditioning & safe ( which had to be opened by management who was not on site ) incurring over an hours wait Generally location very good. Cannot praise the staff of the Canadian Cocktail Snack Bar enough, Always seemed a lively bar where many people gathered and mingled. Noise cut off at midnight so no problems sleeping.
