Rustic and Remote.... A long way from the more commercialised parts of TuscanyWell run by the hardworking Christina. Rustic accommodation, clean and comfortable and lovely pool and gardens. Remote and very peaceful but lots of driving involved for beach trips and good restaurants. Good for cycling and, lots of wildlife and roads close by have very little traffic. Excellent bike hire shop in Denoratico with superb BMC Carbon road bikes. The accom is marketed as a Bike Hotel which means a shed to keep bikes and a copy of bike routes produced by tourist board. More local knowledge passed on by those who cycle here would be a real bonus. We were one of the few guests who did not have dogs with them on holiday. No problem at all but just an observation Favourite restaurant Il Pino for fish and seafood by the beach which Christina highlighted, in face her other suggestions were good too including good intimate restaurant in Sassetta.

Piece of paradiselovely experienceLovely place in a remote and very quite place. Cristina is kind and very hospitable. The house is invested in a green hell, surrounded by trees, the pool is beautiful, the kids area is nice and safe. Breakfast is a very nice experience, the food is delicious, and you get to eat outside and enjoy the early fresh breeze of Tuscany along with the sounds of nature. The room was beautiful and clean, decorated and furnished in a rustic way yet with all the modern necessities. All in all it was a great experience. There is a nice beach about 25km far from Campo di Carlo.

Nice place for usSo Campo di Carolo is a little out of the way agritourismo in a nice setting. It is clean and comfortable but not fancy. Cristina is the manager and is a bundle of energy. She is delightful and helpful working hard to make your stay enjoyable. She was very useful in helping us plan our days and giving us good suggestions on what we should do and what we should not do. Thank you Cristina. There is a shared kitchen area which is well equipped. Two nights we stayed in and had dinner at a table over looking the property. It was a tremendous alternative to having to drive to a restaurant. Plenty of good options at breakfast. So its a nice basic place to stay with a nice vibe to it. I would stay here again.

Quiet and friendly, excellent for bicycle ridersA couple of miles away from Sassetta, the Campo di Carlo location is very quiet and offers a lot of rest possibilities, in the garden, on the terraces, around a barbequeue or around the swimming pool. Additionally, the place is ideally located close to a mountainbike trails set that will allow you to practice at various levels. There is also a bike room with tools to maintain and repair your bikes. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the organisation of the place is excellent. For lunch or dinner, apart cooking yourself in the well equipped common kitchen, there are plenty of restaurants at less than 10km.

Again niceWe found out beautiful escape in Cristina's beautiful property from "corona fake&crazy times" in Europe. Her services were perfect again. And what's about Campo di Carlo itself? You have to enjoy it to understand philosophy, hospitality and generosity of this agriturismo. Thank you so much Cristina!!
