An overnight stopWe were travelling home to the Netherlands and stopped off here on our way in our mobile home. Langres is a short trip be bicycle and is a nice place to visit. Best way to see the town is on the small train. The camping has all you need wih a nice pool. On the down side, there are a lot of wasps living in broken concrete round the pool, easily repaired. The guy in charge/owner? speaks very good English and makes everbody very welcome. This place is mostly used as an overnight stop by Dutch travellers, as it fills up in the afternoon and next morning everybody leaves. Great place, we will return. On the quirky side, there is a disabled black crow living with the family there, they look after it as it can't fly. A very friendly campsite

Great siteStopped for two nights this week at this lovely site on our trip back north. Will definitely stay there again. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Small restaurant which I was pleased to see was still open at this time of year. Bread and croissants available to order. Croissants were probably the best I had during our 3 weeks in France.

Super friendly staff. Free midgetgolf and free wifi, nice pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For instance I forgot to post my postcards on the last day of our holiday, and the staff posted them for me. The midgetgolf course is a bit old, but fun (and free). WiFi (everywhere on the campsite) was free and fast. The campsite was situated in a forest like environment and the pool was clean. We stayed for 2 nights. Walked in the forest nearby, cycled and swam in the pool. Easy living!

Great stopoverGreat stopover on our way from Calais to Chamonix, located very close to the autoroutes. We booked a static caravan for just one night, and whilst it was a bit of a faff to get out all our linen etc for just one night, it was nice to have the facilities to make a meal (we'd brought a frozen dish from home and there was a microwave to re-heat it) and the kids really enjoyed pulling on their swimming stuff as soon as we arrived and jumping into the (cold!) pool after a long journey stuck in the car, which they wouldn't have been able to do in a budget hotel. It was very economical and offered a lot more than a hotel for the price. The site is wooded and relaxing, with little noise. There is a small kids' play area with a busy trampoline and a ping pong table. You can order croissants for the morning. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but as you'd expect for a static. Everything was clean. The bathroom was large. There was a decking area outside the van with a plastic table and chairs. We had a small issue with the pipe disconnecting under the sink which caused a little flood, but the owner appeared quickly when called on a quad bike and sorted it out and cleaned up for us. There was a courtesy box of washing up bits and a loo roll which was appreciated.
