  Well maintained, clean - short stay

  If you want a resort this is not it - if you want somewhere to sleep, its clean and comfortable and rooms aren't too small. Service was very friendly. I wouldn't suggest the breakfast, kitchen seems a little disorganised. One of the cereals was out of date and both days our breakfast came incorrectly - missing toast one day and an extra bacon and eggs the second day. All round a positive experience - good for a quick stay.

  A good place to stay, close to restaurants and they did in room dining

  From booking to checkout was easy. We were at the back of the property as all rooms are & we were not disturbed by road, loud and noisy drunks. From booking to checkout was quick& easy. The staff were friendly. We didn't see anything that was broken and needed repair.

  Comfortable & clean at a great price

  Clean & comfortable in a quiet central location Priced well with comfort & secure parking The out of hours key location pick up was easy with a well lite area to pick up which made security well done Thanks willcstay again

  Comfy and clean but

  Hotel was very clean and comfy but it does seem that there is some less than ideal patrons at this hotel. Within minutes of arriving I was wishing I had booked in somewhere else. Although the staff were nothing but wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was an obvious mark on the place of less than ideal people staying there. The burnt BBQ area with hand written "tags" allover the table and the unsavoury people swearing and arguing around the place made my stay less than ideal. I would not recommend this place for anyone to bring their family. People arguing and swearing, dogs everywhere. Just not a place for the family. The room was very clean, the air con was a little under powered for the room but that was my only complaint for the hotel it self. It seems as this hotel is used for crises housing not for short stay accommodation.

  Shabby and neglected

  Stayed here overnight on a business trip. The front window couldn't be opened so no fresh air. The air conditioner was ancient and too noisy to keep on overnight. I had to shower with the light off, as the bathroom window was jammed open so no privacy from the carpark and walkway directly outside. No iron and ironing board to iron business clothes in the morning. The room had a strong unpleasant musty smell that probably came from the torn 1970s carpet. This place is sad, shabby and neglected and unless you urgently need short-term crisis accommodation, it's best to avoid this one.
