  Average rooms but Excellent Staff

  The only good thing about this hotel is the nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel is outside Massy and sometimes you have to wait a bit long for the taxi. The rooms are very small and are like hostel rooms. The price is quite high despite of the room size and approach. 5 starts to the courteous staff who have been always helpful.

  changing breakfast time (then you pay for nothing), laundry not changed automatically, one day no room cleaning - while the overall ratio service/price stays correct, the overall organization needs improvement. Not suggesting to avoid it, just be patient if you book there. Some rooms have been renewed recently, choose those if they meet your needs (ex. married couple)

  2 nights at this kind of hotel

  Me and my family spent 2 nights in this accommodation, within 28th-30th April 2019. When we arrived we did not have toilet paper and also the third bed for my daughter who is 14 was unprepared! However, the room is totally unproperly for 3 people, because the space inside is too small. In the middle of the night, suddleny an alarm had started to ring arround 5 minutes and in the morning the hotel did not have electricity and the hotel did not have a generator. So, we were forced to pack our luggage in the dark! It is located closed to the airport, so we heard a lot of noises from planes which landed. So, I would not recommend this hotel for a 3 people room; the restaurand stuff was friendly and also the food was ok.

  Never again (I hope)

  This hotel is not extremely bad, but it is low quality and rather disappointing for some poor services. Plus, it is not even cheap enough compared to the poor services. So I hope life will not bring me here anymore. I was here for a two nights business trip, and the usual hotels in this area were all booked for the Roland Garros tennis tournament, so I had to stay here. The hotel is similar to a low cost motel in the USA, with the long and simple structure of those hotels. The rooms are rather small, with poor and old furniture. In my room, at the last floor just under the roof, the air conditioning did not work and then I spent the first warm night of spring 2019 with the room getting to high temperature. The breakfast is poor and offered in a small and rather depressing area. Choices are limited, and cleanness is not at the top. And, at time of check out, I also had the surprise of a cost comparable to a four stars hotel. Never again

  We stayed 1 night during the heat wave, attending a sports event nearby. There was a mistake with the booking which the receptionist was able to sort out quickly. Our room was small, a bit tatty but clean. Towels were frayed & thin. Shower difficult to position. Air conditioning was difficult to work out & not particularly effective & as we were on the ground floor facing the car park we were unable to open blinds or windows. The bed though was very comfortable. Our main complaint was that a member of staff , cleaner?, knocked, didnt wait for a reply & entered the room on 2 occasions! Once possibly can be understood as the booking had only just been made but she disturbed us again at approximately 9am the following morning while we were still in bed. Also, when it was time to check out there was no one one reception, no means of calling them so another customer went and called loudly into the kitchen to get a gentleman to come out, he had been washing up in his suit & was very flustered. We did not eat in the hotel.....there didnt seem to be many people staying, the restaurant was empty in the evening. Useful for a cheap overnight stay when visiting the area but no more.
