  Indeed.... !

  We recognize most the comments made by other reviewers about this hotel: however: the room was absolutely clean, and so was the bathroom (pity about the stains on the shower curtain (blood?)), crisp white sheets on the bed, good airco (lousy instructions, though). Dinner was okay-ish: we had hamburgers, but the buffet cooling was out of order (??!!) so it was not possible make our own selection of starters and deserts from the buffet. They made up some plates in the kitchen, and then charged the same as if we had had the buffet. Hmmmm. Kudos to the front desk person who had to do all the check-ins, taking dinner orders, and serving dinners. Far too much work for one person, but he remained cheerfull throughout. All in all it was however far below the standards of Campanile.

  Wow..old customers come back

  Has Campanile as a group changed so much in the last 3 years since we stopped being very regular users?? Worn out linen Worn out bathroom linen Not very clean Fatty chewy lamb to eat The thinnest salmon you've ever seen Staff seemed to enjoy nibbling the buffet every time they passed Breakfast minimised..last slice of ham between two at9.30...was refreshed at 9.55 with new plate...breakfast service finishes at so that was really daft Coffee empty with a reluctance to refill Teabags in bedroom..mint only.......? Only one bedside table No anti slip in bath Morning staff got up on the wrong side of bed Smelly public toilets Generally shabby The bottle of wine was fine to drink...mmmm Now I'm back on the road do I give them another chance as a group and this was a local issue.

  A horrible experience in Metz Sud - Jouy Aux Arches

  We came on fryday and the woman came chewing to check us in. There was a restaurant but our dog was not allowed although it was nog mentioned at the door. The woman told us by pointing the forefinger while saying uh,uh no dogs here. This is not the way to talk to your customers I think. There was only a pizza to eat because the cook was ill. I think we do not come here again and I will tell this my friends. I must say a month ago we had good experiences in Campanille Nancy.

  Avoid at all cost

  Worst restaurant ever. Way overpriced and terrible quality. You receive discount when being a guest of the hotel. Don't even be tempted, even with that discount it is not worth the money. More like snack bar food. Avoid avoid avoid!

  Not Good for The Price!

  As we were visiting customers in the area the person booking our trip selected this hotel mainly because of its location! I think the standard doesn't reflect the price paid compared with the Novetel on the previous night! My room was on the ground floor of a motel style block, very noisy, smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, tatty and in need of repair and very very basic! The rooms are small and could do with a lick of paint etc. There isn't really any more to be said as I would not want to stay here again!
