  Decepcionante

  Its urgently needs a renovation. Very short cooking hours, even for a Nordic establishment. Non-existent elevators. Very expensive breakfast for what little they offer and its low quality. Necesita urgentemente una renovación. Horarios de cocina muy reducidos, incluso para un establecimiento nórdico. Ascensores inexistentes. Desayuno carísimo para lo poco que ofrecen y su baja calidad.

  Dont look at the pictures... total different story

  Before making the reservation via booking.com (non refundable) I called the hotel specifying we were a family with two kids. We arrived at 1700 and... well the hotel, actually is a motel, is totally different from the pictures advertising it. We told the receptionist we were not staying for the night because the hotel was really not suitable for kids. The receptionist said and actually wrote down on paper that she undetstood the situation and she was going to give our money back. So we thanked her and left looking for some place else to pass the night. The receptionist called me back after 30 minutes explaining that the manager did not approve it and that I would have lost my money. Now Im aware that the room was not refundable... however: - pictures were a fake... maybe shot 20 years ago - its a motel and not a hotel; - receptionist said and promised I would be reimbursed... and 30 minutes later called me back telling it is not possible. At least the manager should have called me explaining the situation and apologizing.

  Nice room

  We stayed here last year and the room was nice and had what you needed, the town is about a 20 minute or so walk away but its easy to get to regardless as its basically just a straight walk. A mc donalds is also across the road if you do get hungry which is nice.

  Pleasent staff but poor hygine

  Recently stayed here as it was cheap compared to others in the area. Pictures make it look new but the decor is very tired Room was not cleaned over my stay they just made the bed and straightened the taps. The sink and bath were not cleaned nor the floor swept i had a large pile of old hair from previous guest on the floor. Pillow had marks and stains too. Bed was ok but the springs were pushing through and got uncomfortable after the 2nd night on the final night i had a lot of buzzing in my ear as i slept and i woke to find i had been bitten 8 times all over my body- i usually do not get bitten. Bar staff and reception were great but after seeing the rooms i chose not to eat there great for bus transport and Mcdonalds next door if you need a burger. But please clean the rooms!!!!!

  will not return

  Room was clean, we found mould on the bathwalls. bed was nice, Not enough powersockets Even the said dogs are welcome, you are not allowed to take them in the restaurant/reception. The staf wass friendly we won't make a return to this hotel
