  Good, but needs improvements

  I have to notice that we book this hotel from its website. It had a good offer and when we payed, its payment system didn´t offer the 3D secure, wich protects the credit card. It's not so far walking from train station and center of Katowice. Nearby has a McDonalds and little markets. We only stayed 1 night in a double room with bathroom, clean, comfortable, even with a kettle and coffee/tea options and a free bottle of water. Must improve staff attention, the lady that received us that night was rude, didn't spoke english but most important, didn't want to listen, wanted us to sign a paper in polish with hotel condition without asking, and abour the invoice rudely said "tomorrow!". The morning after another staff member attended our requirement.

  Quiet place for good price

  Hotel is located a little far from the city center, but the hotel is fine, rooms and bathroom are cleaned and stuffed, the staff works good and fast. For those who are looking for quiet place. It take 30 min to get to City Center.

  Recently refurbished

  We stayed here last year and it has been refurbished since then. The rooms are very clean and functional. There is a nice bar in the hotel. Places to eat and shopping are seconds away and town is a 10 pln Uber drive away. The staff are helpful and polite.

  Don't miss this wonderful hotel!!

  I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks last December and it couldn't have been better! They had just refurbished the rooms and the dining room. The food and the service were fantastic - we ate many meals there and each one was very delicious and prepared very well. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you might need. In addition to all this, the staff was EXCELLENT!! They all were incredibly friendly, helpful and very enjoyable. I completely recommend this hotel!!

  Very pleasant stay for a congress

  The hotel is located a bit far away from the center, and very close to the highway. However, the noise of cars is not very strong because there are good barriers. Rooms are very tidy and clean, bed is comfortable and you have also a small boiler in the room for making your own tea at night. Breakfast is polish style very good and abundant. Overall, very satisfied of my stay at the ERSA summer school.
