  No está mal. Pero si buscas estar en el centro, no es tu hotel.

  Fui por motivos de trabajo (a la universidad), por lo que para eso la distancia es aceptable, pero no lo recomendaría para gente que quiera realmente pasar tiempo el Bham. En cualquier caso el hotel me pareció limpio y funcional, y la cama era amplia, con calentador de agua, té y café. En teoría has de reservar con la página del hotel para tener wifi gratis, pero si eres lo suficientemente majo lo mismo te dan algún "voucher" gratis ;)

  Mala experiencia

  Vinimos en familia y no lo recomendamos. Los baños estaban sucios, incluso con orina en los wc. Los enchufes no funcionaban, no pudimos cargar los celulares, nos ofrecieron otra habitación pero que no tenía las condiciones por las que habíamos pagado. Además, un lugar muy ruidoso, nadie vigila ni se preocupa de que los huéspedes pasen una buena noche. Tuvimos gente corriendo en los pasillos, pateando puerta y gritando hasta las 5 AM. We came as a family and we do not recommend it. The bathrooms were dirty, even with urine in the toilets. The outlets did not work, we could not charge cell phones, they offered us another room but we did not have the conditions for which we had paid. Also, a very noisy place, no one watches over or worries about guests having a good night. We had people running in the hallways, kicking the door and screaming until 5 AM.

  Three nights too much

  We just wanted to get away for our first Wedding Anniversary. Stayed for three nights, should have stayed for less. We were told upon arrival that the room would not be cleaned during our stay, I was shocked by this, (I suppose this is the Covid 19 way) by day two the carpet was a mess towels dirty. Coffee and teas should be offered to guesses as they arrive as they are not automatically left in room (Covid). No bin in the bedroom? Had to take plastic bag of rubbish to reception, one member or staff took it from me, another told me to put it outside by a small full bin. Having no hand towel really not acceptable and two pillows on the bed odd. Thankfully there was an extra one in the draw, my husband needs a minimum of two pillows being asthmatic. Why give this place Four Stars. I slept very well. Room fine clean and compact. Breakfast very good, although no herbal tea. Nice location easy to jump on the motorway. Near the canal so you can have a nice walk, close to the city centre. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, very pleasant and polite.

  Good stop over place for Brum

  One of my first stop overs since lock down. As a regular visitor to Birmingham for business this is an ideal stop over place for my work and is a short walk into the city centre if the need takes you there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the place had a Covid safe feel about it. The room is your standard business stop over type set up, with the fixtures, fitting and furniture enough to keep you comfortable and get a decent sleep. One bonus over another nearby accommodation is this establishment has free parking. Looking for that a comfortable stop over could not fault this place.

  Overnight stay

  Friendly hotel relaxing atmosphere , rooms clean and beds comfortable, just a 5 minute taxi ride into Town centre . Didnt have food but the meals looked good value also . Staff all helpful and happy in there work .
