  Worst Hotel Experience

  Horrible customer service. We primarily booked this hotel for their infinity pool and paid in full expecting access to all amenities. 2 days before our reservation date, the property sends me a message saying that the pool is under renovation starting the date of our stay - which was not listed on their website or booking.com listing. If I had known this, I wouldve booked somewhere else. After messaging the property for ways to compensate for this, instead of offering an upgrade or access to other amenities, they told me to re-book in 2 weeks when the renovations would be complete. While the room was spacious and the balcony was nice, there was sand in the bed, and the bathtub was dirty. We ate at the restaurant and ordered a pepperoni pizza which was served to us not fully cooked, and not with pepperoni but salami instead. Its clear that this property does not care about its patrons and is cutting corners to take your money, and will make you pay for something not as advertised. This hotel was a huge scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

  Great for pics, Terrible Uncaring Service

  Room was great and as well as the look of the resort in general. However, if I'm paying 300 euros for 2 nights, there better be good service! - Took us 20 minutes to get towels at the pool (pool boy was sleeping behind the table) - Confused staff asking and reconfirming the same thing multiple times at the restaurant - Over priced menu with many things not available - Advertised as the most "High-End Spa in Anilao", they don't offer anything else than 1 kind of massage. No there is no pricing brochure. No nothing else is available. No you cannot choose to do only feet or shoulders. - Staff thats not dressed like staff, but in swimming gear telling me to wait for the towels?? - Staff staring at you the whole time while you sit and swim by the pool?? - Dirty and horribly smelling bathrooms by the pool - In our own room the bath tub did not look clean This place is great to take pictures at and that's it. I recommend getting a day-pass. The staff is not educated and does not know how to handle or care for a resort of this size. You may learn a thing or 2 from Henann Resort in Bohol - that was worth the money and I got a 5 star treatment from its staff. We will not be returning. Thanks!

  Great trip

  From my 6 years old daughter Melea: Camp Netanya has been an awesome family experience. We swam in the sea, we got to swim in the pool, we eat nice food. Their architecture is cool. I like the design of their rooms

  Amazing place and exceptional service!

  We had an amazing stay at Camp Netanya! The place is undeniably gorgeous and every nook and cranny is picturesque! The view is amazing and their Loft room was gorgeous as well! The service was exceptional - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff! The front desk manager Cruzette was a pleasure to deal with, she was very helpful and easy to talk to I do commend her for her great service! I would definitely go back again with my family. :) I guess they can work on a bit on the food though because we didnt enjoy the food as much - and for the price.

  worst hotel experience

  The aesthetic of the place is really nice Please don't expect to be able swim in the beach unless you're willing to pay for their exorbitant diving prices. The best you can hope for is their infinity .swimming pool which isn't properly cleaned They had construction going on while we were there .the bathroo sink was leaking. The food was not good and a little bland. After check out I just had lunch in the hotel and had trouble leaving because the staff were too busy to sign my gate pass. For what was advertised as a high end establishment it felt cheap because of how you were treated. I would not recommend it at all.
