  Great resort on samal

  I was very pleased with my stay here on samal Island. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, aircon worked well. The property was large with alot to do, pool and beach for swimming. The food at the restaurant was very good anything I ordered was made with care and attention to detail. I would absolutely come back. Very family friendly resort.

  The Place is nice with a minimum entrance fee, the food is a bit ok versus the price, the pinaputok na hito is pricey vs the overall taste, the beach is a little bit rocky, some facilities like the restroom are not completely working, some faucet are not working, but enjoyed the place over all.

  Conveient and clean but noisy on weekends.

  Designed as picnic, camp and hotel combined which is a lot in one property. For foreigners probably bit overwhelming with hundreds of families descending to the open areas for the weekends. But is convenient, being metres from the ferry terminal and close to island transport. Main hotel wing newly refurbished, basic but comfortable. Restaurant adequate, hotel guests pool separate from picnickers.

  Surprisingly surprise

  Went there for a post Christmas break and it was well worth it. The location was just beside where the RORO port was, very convenient, surprisingly not that much noise was heard from the ferry port, the property was covered with a wall from that of the ferry port, whereas, noise was manageable. It is a huge property, guests can choose whatever accommodation suits them, be it hotel type, villa type or just simply hut type. Well planned off, anything and everything can be accommodated. The breakfast can be served in the room or in their restaurant and so as not to keep you waiting on the next day for your breakfast to be served, upon check, guests are asked to pre-order their breakfast to avoid delays. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a hotel type), not much amenities were available, and I find it better as an environmentalist. There was also a private infinity pool exclusive for hotel guests, which is a plus factor as the beach and the public pool was too crowded when we visited the place. The staff were courteous typical of a Filipino trait. Glad that we found this place for our family Christmas get away.

  Cant say anything good about this place

  If youre looking for a resort, this place should be ashamed to call itself a resort. Stay at your own risk. - no amenities in the room; No WiFi, no shampoo/conditioner, no lotion, no microwave, No mini fridge, no remote for the tv, no phone(cell phone only worked if it was outside) and air conditioner doesnt cool at all. - Nasty gross dirty everything. All surfaces were covered in a thick layer of dust(floor, lamps, table, bed) and the tiny lizards poop all over the floor. - the shower didnt work and calling the front desk didnt get anywhere, unless youre the kind of person looking for company. Days without the ability to shower, with no air conditioning made for a fantastic body odor. - Toilet broken; flushes on its own every 10minutes or so.
