  El hotel esta bien situado. A cinco minutos caminando al centro de la ciudad. Nos quedamos 4 noches, el desayuno bueno ,típico ingles, pero no servían jamón ni queso. El Wifi va bien. Lo que no me gusto es que hubiera TV en el desayuno. Personal muy amable

  Great quality for a bargain price!

  There is no pretending that this is a hotel blessed with amazing facilities or a swanky bar but, for a bargain room price, and inexpensive breakfast, it really does deliver fantastic value-for-money, in a decent central location. The welcome was friendly and service good throughout our large groups two night stay. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style and generous (unusual bacon mind you but lovely sausages!). All-in-all, somewhere that we would use again if in the area!

  Strange Hotel

  Stayed here for one night with a friend. We were both attending the local Brass Band Championships at Huddersfield Town Hall. After a long day we arrived to find this Hotel serves no Alcohol. Soft drinks were ridiculously priced at £2.25 for a very small bottle. The service we received in the Bar/Restaurant Area was like Fawlty Towers. As we were both tired and hungry we decided to eat in the Restaurant, the food was okay and reasonably priced, the most hilarious things was when the lovely receptionist fetched us a Table no 1 stand when there was only ourselves in the place, it took over 20 mins to get our second over priced drink. However, the staff were very apologetic and offered us a free desert which we declined, my friend nipped to Sainsburys to get some drinks that we took to the room. I didnt have breakfast but some more friends who were staying said its was awful and there was no bacon just Turkey bacon. This hotel obviously operates with strict religious views. I must say however, that the place is spotlessly clean and all staff are very polite. I would personally not stop here again and thankfully they didnt charge us for the evening meal.

  Great food, warm welcome.

  As a key worker working away from home it is hard to find accommodation at the moment. Cambridge hotel was a great option. The food was excellent, especially the curries and breakfasts. The staff was kind and considerate at a difficult time. The room was clean and the shower was decent. Thank you!

  Homophobia , sexism or ignorance?

  My partner booked a double room through Booking.com last minute. When we got to the hotel the receptionists were a little surprised that we, 2 females, were sharing a double room. But we got our room non-the-less. Shortly after we got to the room one of the receptionists knocked on our doors and offered us a family room with a single and a double bed free of charge because were two females and should have two beds. We refused because we quite liked the huge bed in the double room. We closed the doors and moments after the receptionist knocked again and said my boss insists that you change your room to a family room. We didnt want to make any trouble so we did. When my partner went to the car to bring up some stuff one of the receptionist was asking her why are we staying. The family room was smaller. The double bed was too short for my partner whos 58 (172cm). Needless to say I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. This whole experience was awful and we have never experienced anything like that before. I was scared that at any time we will just get kicked out. Dont know weather this was caused by homophobia, sexism or just ignorance but were never going back there ever again.
