  MALÍSIMO - NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE!

  1.Transfer de/hasta Gatwick cuesta 6 libras por persona. Un conductor, me parece de Rumanía con auriculares y gafas de sol negras (con lluvia y mal tiempo) puestas no le interesaba poner las maletas en maletero de mini-bus y tampoco le interesaba sacar las maletas. Dentro puso la música rumana hasta lo máximo y todo el tiempo condujo con las auriculares puestas, pésimo y peligroso. El conductor inglés de la mañana (hasta el Gatwick) ha sido muy amable y profesional. 2.En la recepción nos ha atendido persona que se llamaba Victoria. Una malísima recepcionista que ha sido tan grosera y desagradable que nos pareció que está muy enfadada porque han llegado 8 clientes. En cada pregunta ha respondido con las manos, una falta de respeto tremenda. Ha cobrado los transfers y a ningún cliente ha facilitado el recibo. Un señor ha reclamado habitación porque ha pagado la otra y ella le ha respondido con la frase:"Si no le gusta esa, es su problema". ¡Ver para creer! 3.Habitación es una pocilga con las mantas de caballos y el colchón que casi no existe porque esta totalmente roto. Inmobiliario gastado hasta la ultima pieza, un desastre. 4.Por la noche mucho ruido porque hotel está pegado a la carretera hacía Gatwick, imposible para descansar. 5.WiFi: No existe, no funciona absolutamente! 6.Consejo: mejor pagar un par de libras más y dormir en un hotel limpio, digno y con el staff profesional!

  Clean, quiet room for an overnight stay and parking before holiday

  Clean, quiet room, service ok, bus service to airport on time for both trips. Good value for money. Basic but dont need anything more if have an early start the next day. Note 3 pounds extra per person per trip to airport

  Property damaged at hotel

  Left the car here to park for a week as we were off on holiday. At first parking went smoothly and quickly. However, upon arriving back we realised our car was damaged. We advised reception and they told us to email the hotel manager Ali. We have emailed 4 times with no response and called numerous times. Finally, Ali is able to attend to the phone however he starts yelling and swearing at us when we told him about the situation. This was very unprofessional. He then claimed to refund us 15 pounds however has not done so for 2 weeks.

  Clean and convenient- good for the price

  Ok, its not luxury but it was a convenient place to stay to fly from Gatwick. The room was dated but clean and relatively quiet - I was in a room in the building at the back, not in main hotel. The menu card in the room did not reflect the (actual) much smaller choice, limited because of COVID. Tea/coffee making facility in room. Bed a standard double so might be a bit small for some.. Transfers to airport and back were good. Id book again if price remains reasonable.

  Stayed here prior to our holiday in September 2020. We were given a family room for the 2 of us, which was lovely and clean. Had a meal in the restaurant which was beautiful, all staff polite and friendly. Our car was waiting for us after our holiday. Would definitely stay here again.
