  Quick Getaway

  We needed to get out and decided to go to Asheville, a favorite getaway. This was our first stay at Cambria. It was really nice. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable with a nice sitting area and a very comfortable king bedroom. The only negative was it wasnt very soundproof. We heard the people in the next room talking. That was a little disappointing. We really enjoyed the restaurant/bar Hemingways and went there often. The food and drinks were excellent.

  Awesome Hotel, Great location

  We came to Asheville for a Valentine's weekend getaway. Great location, super staff, nice rooms, and the Hemingway restaurant was outstanding. It's perfectly located to be able to walk all around downtown. The Biltmore was a short Uber ride away. No need for a car as you can walk from the hotel. We'll definitely be back and for sure stay here again.

  Uncomfortable bed

  We stayed in room 708 and the bed was visibly sunken in, lumpy and very uncomfortable. The bed sheets also had some hard candy stuck to them from a prior visitor. Other than that the staff were very friendly! And the valet guys were very fast and friendly as well!

  Cute, but not well thought out

  The good: I really like this boutique hotel. Its cute, clean, and located in downtown Asheville. Great location. Love the brick wallpaper. I also appreciated the desk space located behind the bed, and the bathroom mirror has a Bluetooth connection. I really like this feature. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the restaurant, Hemingways Cuba, did not disappoint. I will definitely go back. The not so good: The shower. Cute concept, but the floor gets wet when you turn on the water. The lights. Plenty of them, but even the nite light built into the headboard of the bed was too much. But that could just be me. However, the bathroom lighting has no chill. I think there should be a night setting so as to not wake up others in the room. Im a light sleeper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and might try a suite next time.

  Not your run of the mill hotel

  At the heart of Asheville downtown. Everything at walking distance. Rooms are new, modern and very comfortable. Staff was nice and very accommodating. Felt very safe on how they are handling current pandemic restrictions.
