  I was pleasantly surprised by a text message after entering my room to confirm everything was going well and as expected. The seating and desk area gave ample room to do work between meetings. I'll be visiting again soon!

  Great hotel!!

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and cordial. They made my work-trip less stressful and took care of every need! Food was great and for an affordable price. Derek and Penny are fantastic!

  Cambria Suites steadily delivers top-notch service

  When my 3/21/20 wedding was cancelled just 3 days before the big day, due to gathering restrictions related to the virus, Cambria Suites was more than accommodating. They rented us one of their conference rooms and allowed us to have a tiny 10-person wedding on our day! They even delivered a bottle of wine & 2 glasses to our room. Any time we passed by the desk, the attendants were smiling. Samantha & Abigail went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our day the best that it could possibly be, with all things considered! Thank you again for making what was almost a ruined day, just wonderful!

  Nice hotel! Would stay again!

  We came to Indy for a quick overnight get away. We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago. We were amazed at all that has built up around it. The outdoor mall nearby was a nice place to visit. It was a nice area. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. Our only complaint was the smell of the water, at least we think thats what it was. It smelled like sewer water. This is why only 4 stars. We mentioned it to the front desk. They said they get that a lot in the summer. We were pleased with everything else. It was quiet, clean and a pleasant stay.

  Not the "best room" in the establishment.

  I booked this hotel for a Valentines Day getaway. Wanted to make the occasion special and elected to book the Tower Suite room 431. This was supposed to be one of the best rooms in the hotel. In all fairness the front desk staff was very friendly. Upon checking in to the room, we discovered the toilet seat had a huge crack. The ceiling, above the sitting area sofa, had a very poor repair, perhaps due to some sort of leak. Later on during the evening, as I closed the curtain in the bedroom area, I found that the left side of the curtain rod assembly was supported by a 2x4. The overhead vent, in the bedroom was filthy. The best part on Sunday, as we checked, was the pungent odor of marijuana emanating near the fourth floor elevator. I did receive an e-mail from Jeremy Geisendorff (General Manager) stating I understand your concerns Mr. XXXXX and I deeply apologize. We are trying to do the best that we can during this difficult time. I promise you that when our industry rebounds all of your concerns will be addressed. I did not comprehend that giving the present socio/economic/pandemic issues would cause this lack of attention to detail in the hotel industry. Go figure.
