Great food, great facilities, great staffWent all inclusive to this resort at the end of the season. The room was nice, very modern and quite minimalist, but totally adequate, lovely balcony and great view of the beach! The food is good and there is plenty of it. During Covid this all had to be served by the staff, who were extremely courteous and efficient, would imagine though that during the height of the season that the queue would have been long. There is a pool bar which serves cocktails, ice cream and crepes which is great! The beach bar is good for lunch and there is a good variety every day for lunch served by a chef with a great sense of humour. The outdoor pools are nice although they are cold and not heated but once you're in they do warm up. the lounge bar is a great chill out area in an evening and also has a good selection of drink. As it was end of season during the second week of our stay some of the services did start to wind down as they started packing away for the winter(perfectly understandable). The animation team don't stop and work to provide entertainment day and night and provide a great program for children and adults alike. The resort does cater for the German population though as we were told that it is 90% Germans that go there, some were good, some bad - let's just leave it at that - just to say that once they had gone things were a little quieter.

Lovely hotelWe travelled here as a party of 10, booked last year but travelling with four in our party over 80, I was worried about the whole experience due to Covid but couldn't have been more pleased. Ahead of arrival, I e-mailed to request a low floor room for one couple and received a quick, friendly response confirming ground floor rooms for all the party so we were together which was lovely. On arrival which was late evening, our temperatures were checked before we were allowed in (this was done every time someone entered the hotel) and the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making check- in painless. Also, when we requested additional hangers, towel change and help with our safes, the response was very quick and efficient. Staff were only allowed to enter your room with permission, via Reception, which I thought was excellent. Our room was 1034 which was a lovely, renovated room but sadly, although it had a large patio, it was almost completely enclosed and the people in the room to the left of us, sat in front of our only bit of light smoking which wasn't great but it was the only negative. However, the patio was well equipped with two chairs, a table and clothes airer. On the whole we found the hotel very Covid safe. The pool sunbeds were very well spaced, as were the beach ones and all areas were very well maintained. The tables and chairs at both the pool and beach bars were also well spaced. The restaurant was a little less well managed as although all staff wore masks and food was served to you, some guests didn't wear masks or keep their 2 metres whilst queuing but we mainly managed to go at less busy times which helped. I know it's hard but a menu service may have worked better but you could not fault the staff in the restaurant, they were friendly and helpful. There were numerous outside dining areas including one overlooking the beach/sea which also made dining feel safer. The food was lovely with plenty of variety and the beach bar at lunchtime was superb. Location wise, you are right on the gorgeous beach and you could walk into Faliraki in about 20 minutes. It took around 15 minutes in a taxi to get into Rhodes Town which was only 19 in and 16 back and a must visit place, very historical and pretty. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel. The hotel staff were amazing, always smiling and so helpful. A special mention goes to Dimitri, based mainly at the beach bar, for exemplary service but all the staff were brilliant and the cleaners worked non-stop. The animation team also worked tirelessly offering various activities during the day and great entertainment, at the beach bar, in the evenings. This lovely hotel provided a little bit of normality in these trying times and deserve high praise. I would definitely recommend the hotel for it's great location, excellent service and friendly staff.

Brilliant Family HolidayThere are not enough stars to give to this hotel. Rooms clean spacious. Hot water good balcony view even our which looked over a road and hills still lovely. So much choice of good food . If you couldnt find anything to eat , theres something wrong with you. Considering Covid restrictions were in place . We had everything and more. One thing was that around the pools was a little tired thats all . The staff were warm and friendly kind considerate So much energy too . Nothing was too much trouble . They had a brilliant Beatles band on the first night we were there . They were so good . Music was great after that too . Entertainment for children was so good . I was nervous about going under the circumstances. But there was no need to worry at all . When its safe for us to travel abroad again. Id book here without question. Thank you for making this a brilliant family holiday to remember. And Well Done too To All Staff THANK YOU
