  Un lujo estrenar habitación, cómoda, amplia, silenciosa, de diseño y práctica

  He estado en 2 aparthoteles en Lille, muy buenos y muy similares los 2, inlcuso ubicados muy cercanos, cruzando la calle de la estación Lille Flandres. Éste, el CALM, es quizá más nuevo, tiene recepción y tiene ascensor hasta la segunda planta y el otro no. Tiene todas las comodidades de un hotel, wifi, TV plana, puedes pedir el desayuno en la habitación, también puedes hacerlo tú, tiene cocina equipada, microondas y nevera. Los suelos son de parquet y tiene detalles de diseño que lo hacen además de cómodo atractivo. Es muy práctico entrar con código a la habitación en vez de una llave, así seguro que no se pierde. Yo cambiaría el secador, por uno de más calidad, acorde al resto de accesorios de la habitación.

  ¡¡Por fin!!

  Por razones de trabajo he tenido que ir en muchas ocasiones a Lille y hospedarme en muy diversos sitios. Por fin he encontrado uno donde la relación calidad precio están muy bien relacionadas. Muy céntrico, desayuno (copioso) en la habitación, acceso a la misma con código, personal muy amable que habla español, pequeña cocina que presta un buen servicio en caso de querer comer/cenar en ella... y el precio está en linea con lo que se estila en el resto de la ciudad. También habitaciones adaptadas para minusválidos (aunque no fuera mi caso). Es un lugar muy recomendable para estancias cortas o largas, porque te hace sentir como en casa.

  Disgusting hotel

  I booked a room for two days with credit card. I was informed that this is a non refundable deal - it was ok with me. My risk. Arriving the hotel, the lady on the reception was the same from the phone...she was friendly. Entering the floor you got a feeling as in a thriller movie...lights were flickering, dirty carpet and walls and a really cheap smell in the air. Entering the room - same influence...The floor in the bathroom was an undulating ground, everything was pretty old and cheap smell all around the room. I decide to change the hotel, but not to cancel - I paid already - so, my choice to change the hotel...I could even sleep in front of the hotel on the street...I paid the room it can be just used by myself. I decided to use the parking place, because it is difficult to find a parking place in Lille and anyway, I paid already the bill. All this information I gave an another lady on the reception. After two days I gave back the remote control for the garage gate. I was wondering why my number key was not valid. Someone let me in the hotel...I went up to my room...number key was also not valid. A room maid opened the door and for my surprise the bed was used. A man came out of the bathroom, a little bit wondering about why I was in my/his room. I went down to the reception and asked them why they rent the room twice - it is forbidden to do that. They didn't agree with me, specially the manager Aurelien do not agree. I left the hotel and took the remote control with me. Till today I didn't get back my money. They took 70 for the remote control from my credit card...congratulations, now you have finally a new, not any longer broken remote control. To all the people out there...there are nice hotels in Lille, but never, never go to this hotel...all around the hotel are drunken and drugged people, sex shops etc...and with a hotel manager that is renting rooms twice even if you have paid it!

  Quiet oasis needed after busy day in Lille

  Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely welcoming staff. Big room with kitchenette and massive bathroom. Lille was busy so it was lovely to come back to a quiet hotel. Nice comfy big bed. Even though hotel was in centre we managed to get parking in street - big car parks nearby. Would definitely stay again

  Not Great!

  On arrival the first thing that hit me was a sewage smell, not a great welcome. Staff on reception were friendly enough but didn't seem to speak any English at all but luckily my other half can speak a little French and asked if our bag could be put our bag away whilst we went sightseeing. On our return a different receptionist was there, very helpful and showed us a map of Lille and places to see. Our room was basic, but clean, although the shower could have done with a bit of a scrub. Bed was very uncomfortable, hard as rock, also noises from outside, other rooms etc, so didn't sleep well at all. Breakfast ok, but sewage aroma whilst eating wasn't pleasant. All in all, wouldn't stay here again, although very convenient for the Eurostar.
