Excellent serviceMy sister spent her birthday here last weekend, and I wanted to surprise her with a nice bottle of champagne upon arrival. Laura, the owner, picked up the bottle from Bevmo, put it on ice in my sister's room, accompanied by chocolates and a sweet note. It made my sister's day. I look forward to staying one day soon!

Nice on the surface, but dated up closeYou this place looks really good in photos and when you first get there, but if you look a little closer you'll see this place hasn't been updated since the 60s. First, the good is the beautiful courtyard and pool area. You literally won't be able to forget about this place because all rooms face this courtyard and if you want any light in the room you have to open your miniblinds, which put you on display to the entire courtyard. These windows are also incredibly thin, and you won't miss a single word of conversation even if you'd rather not hear any noise. The interior of the room has had cosmetic upgrades only, and minimal ones at that. Sure, the mod design is nice, but then you look closer and see the wallpaper is peeling the electrical outlets are barely in the walls, the tile floor is completely worn out from the bed frame, and the grouting around the toilet is sloppy. The shower is also a relic, and if you're lucky enough to get room 7, you'll soon realize this resort provides a bath and shower at once (because the faucet is temperamental, you can't opt to have just a shower). The biggest slap in the face of this place is the resort fee. 19 dollars for what exactly? Parking and wifi, oh yeah those things that are standard anywhere else? Bottled water that was never offered or given? Bicycles that didn't seem to exist anywhere on the property? Staff were friendly at check-in, which confusingly took place across the street in another hotel. Skip this place, you can do better.

Great Location Room Not GoodCheck in was good, they were helpful with recommendations. Location great for downtown activities. The room says re-enacted in 2017. I guess it depends on your idea of renovation. Windows dont close properly. Stickers on shower tiles for deco, toilet caulked by a 3 year old. Faucet parts dont match. Floor scratched severely. Charge $21+/ night additional for a RRSORT fee. Not even as many amenities as a regular hotel, much less a resort! No microwave! Provide a couple plates, cups, silverware, I guess to eat your cold leftovers. They could have taken my $85 resort fees and bought a microwave for the room. Said only larger rooms have microwave. Saw the poor cleaning lady moving the microwave from one room to another. Then I had to kill giant roaches. YAY! Can find somewhere with more amenities for the same or lower price in the area...

Excellent customer service, super gross hotelI feel bad writing this review but I few like it needs to be said. I visited The Three Fifty after talking on the phone with Laura who was so great and a pleasure to speak to and assure me that I would like this place. A very nice gentleman showed me the room and I decided to stay. After checking in and inspecting the room closely I noticed that there was a hair in the toilette, then more hair on the couch, on the shelves in the bathroom, everything super dusty and crumbles on the coffee table. I was so tired that I said I would let it go and jump on the bed to sleep. When I pulled out the covers I noticed that the bed had so much hair on it was so gross! I kept inspecting it further and I just couldnt get myself to stay there. I checked out and Camila the receptionist was super sweet and apologetic. She felt really bad for the situation and said that they were going to talk to the cleaning personal. She was truly profesional and the hotel is lucky to have someone like her. There were plenty of cosmetic things wrong in the room that I was going to ignore if at least the room was clean. The hotel is super cute, situated on a great location, across from a very nice restaurant, its too bad that they dont take care of it. I hope they seriously consider at least a small makeover and a serious cleaning team.

This special place offers a GREAT stay, but may not be for everyone!Just wrapped up a great stay at Three Fifty. Laura and the team do an amazing job. This special place is NOT for everyone. It feels more residential than a traditional hotel experience. Like staying at a friends guesthouse/pool house. The vibe is super chill and relaxed. You WILL end up meeting your neighbors, you will most likely end up having a poolside chat with them and may even join them for dinner. I speak from firsthand experience. The location is wonderful. The rooms offer everything you need. If you judge your stay solely on the room alone, you are missing 70% of what the true Three Fifty experience is all about. If you are feeling anti-social, need some time to yourself and do not want to deal with other people, I would def reserve a suite or consider staying at their sister property La Serena Villas.
