  first time travelling to turkey antalya with family and this hotel was amazing staff cant do enough for you they try their best with english very polite soon as you arrive the service is brilliant as there are plenty of bars(24 hour to!!!!) the entertainment is excellent a variety of shows and the hotel disco is also good the hotel caters for all nationalities so many pools nice relaxed holiday and was fantastic for me would certainly reccomed this hotel and go back here fantastic memories!!2019 :))

  Dirty and old room, very unprofessional and arrogant receptionist - Orkun

  To start in positive way - very nice pools, beach was ok, food, restaurants and bars decent, great place for kids - many attractions, animation programmes Very negative - room 1307 which we get after our arrival was old, very dirty in all possible ways, receptionist named Orkun todl us that it is standart room, we saw 3 days before leaving rooms in main building and they were much nicer. My two years old son got flu two days before end of vacation, I wanted late checkout, receptionist Orkun told me in very arrogant tone its not possible, I talked to the manager and he let us stayfour more hours. When I said that I want to complain about behaviour of receptionist Orkun, 6 turkish receptionists including Orkun surrounded me and my family and were behaving very aggresively. Manager came and tried to calm down the situation. Very non-professional behavior of the receptionists, mainly men called Orkun. Hotel doesnt deserve 5 stars and staff from reception is behaving like some gang or mafia. I am not recommendig this hotel because of this. Check photos.

  Terrible service

  It is the worst service I see in turkey. Personnel is rude and disrespectful. You should beg for mineral water. Bartended lied there is no any mineral water, however 5 minutes ago I take one. 10 minutes of explaining me it is never exist, he give me one. You should also beg for food. We are company of 10 people, so I always ask for large positions. Some personel put half I asked, and demonstratively switch for another guest. One even thowing the food with angry face. The quality of food is terrible. Today it is pancakes with mold. It everythere, inside, it side. Management do not pay any respect to those problems.

  Terrible service

  Dirty tables (they do not clean them after someone ate), dirty plates (hard to find really clean plate, poor menu for vegetarians (2-3 types of not ripened fruits only). Personel does not speak English nor Russian in most cases. Names only on part of the dishes. Spa is not working, hard to get a teapot. Will not return here.

  It was a very good vacation, hope to return in a year

  First I want to thank all the hotel staff for doing such a tremendous work every day. The hotel has huge blooming territory, lots of pools of different depths, waterpark with invigorating cool water, the hotel is ideal for families with kids (tons of activities in a Toucan Club) . We appreciate the receptionist particularly for providing us a room (super clean) with a garden view, in a shade, which was good as the weather was sunny all the time, up to 38 degrees. The sea was warm and clean. As for the food all was excellent, variety of cheese for the breakfast really surprised. A-la-carte restaurant meals were just pieces of art. There is a well-equipped gym where you could burn the above. The guests are mostly Turkish, Polish, Russian families, all are super awesome. I'd recommend taking a trip to the Green Canyon - not far away and truly beautiful. Hope to return the next year
