  Not bad at all.

  I got a late deal on a single room for one night and all in all I really couldnt complain. The staff were a friendly bunch and the place was really clean and tidy. The room was cosy enough and I had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good, especially being included in such a reasonable rate. Its buffet style but hands down better than 95% of the buffet breakfasts Ive had. I only had two little niggles, one being my best wasnt the most comfortable and the fact there was only half a shower door on my cubicle so I had a little mopping up to do. I couldve left it but I couldnt do that. Id happily stay here again as it was perfect for what I needed it for. There is a bar area too so if you fancy a beer or two you can take it easy there. Lovely building and good parking.

  like cell block h no one about, no bar no food no vending machine

  did not stay in the end could not find anything to eat , did not even sit on the bed just left, had a cup of coffee in room, then drove 220 miles home, still took my money, lucky it was only 70 quid, not impressed

  Very disappointed stay

  Twin room basic, but clean. No lounge or bar to sit in, either during the Day or evening, as these rooms are locked Which we believe was the same last year (when there was no pandemic) First impression very poor, because the entrance hallway was very scruffy, and needed a good clean Never anybody on reception, except a telephone number to ring Outside on the car park, there was one small table with umbrella and 4 chairs Breakfast satisfactory

  Good value.

  On arrival we found no one on reception but a notice and a phone number to call , we did and were told that the keys on the desk were our room keys . Room small but clean , with small shower room. The pillows however were very hard and not at all comfortable, a big let down . Breakfast nice , very well oranganised t in this present climate.. the staff very efficient and polite. Over all a nice stay .. would have given five stars if pillows had been better .

  Appalling hotel

  Room 4 at the front. Terribly shabby with broken bathroom tiles, broken lamp repaired with insulating tape; no blind at the front window so everyone could see you coming out of the bathroom. Shabby chairs and threadbare carpet. Arrived to no-one at reception. Had to ring a number to be told our key was behind the counter. Expected to be able to book dinner but not available. Bar closed. The poor staff at breakfast were underpaid; very basic breakfast. I have never stayed at such a scruffy hotel before. I will say that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean but that is all.
