  It was excellent experience and all the staff were cooperative. Its Worth to vist again. Food was very good. Due to Covid Hotel has taken necessary precautions which feels us very secured. Once again we thank you for your time.

  Good and Hygiene services

  i really love that welcome drink. The staff is humble and helpful . Nice food both breakfast and diner. i was there on 11th January 2021, it was amazing experience. The location of Hotel Calangute Towers is near to market and almost walking distance from Calangute beach.

  Decent Property with all possible facilities in Calangute

  Stayed here during Republic Day weekend. At first was bit sceptical as thought the Deluxe Room booked might be bit small as per the image given on the hotel site but trust me its big enough for 3 adults with an equally big washroom & a small gallery. Room is equipped with all possible amenities, 24/7 hot water, wardrobe, a comfy bed, working ac etc. There is a swimming pool as well but unfortunately closed due to Covid 19 mess (My daughter so desperately wanted to hit the pool but I guess will have to wait for some more time). Pros: 1) Location: Situated bang opposite KFC & in the middle of the market but its tucked in a small lane with literally no disturbance / traffic noise in the rooms. 2) Breakfast - Simple & to the Point, that's what mattered. Menu changes every day, from Poha & Idli one day to Masala Omlette & Aloo Paratha with other usual accompaniments, loved it.. 3) Pricing: If booked well in advance, it's a pocket friendly property. Cons [Well not necessarily cons, but rather suggestions / feedbacks]: 1) Front Office needs better co-ordination, specially between morning & evening shift members. On day 2 I had requested for room service in the morning but didnt happen till late evening when we returned from sight seeing. Only after reminding the staff, it was done at around 8pm or so. Similarly our room door gave away, apparently the battery expired coz of which door didn't open despite repeated attempts on 2 evenings. Was assured on day 2 that it will be sorted out but again faced the same issues.. After a tiring day it becomes really difficult to go back & forth for such petty things. Though this was sorted out as well but took quite some time to get it sorted from the F/O. By no means I mean to criticize the hotel / staff / the property etc, rather just shared my honest feedback for the same. We didn't eat at their restaurant / use any other facility hence cannot comment for the same. They even hoisted our national flag & gave the honours to one of the most senior hotel guests to hoist the flag which was a very sweet gesture in my opinion [correct me if I am wrong]. In a nutshell: Can it be recommended - Yes Will I visit again - Yes. Family Friendly - Absolutely... VFM - Yes Cheers

  A Much-Needed Holiday

  This hotel is located close to the beach. Rooms were clean and the staff was also good. Breakfast options could have been more varied. Got the same dishes every alternate day which made it quite boring to eat.

  A perfect stay

  First Trip post lockdown, it was perfect with a comfortable stay. The Positives: Hotel Calangute Towers met all expectation. Staff was friendly, professional and always ready to assist. Hotel is centrally located and at a walkable distance from main market and beach. Although hotel is located near market, yet the stay is peaceful with no roadside sound. Rooms are clean, hygienic and spacious. Limited option for buffet Breakfast, however sufficient and worth the taste to start a day. Hotel restaurant has their predefined timetable, hence we could not try their food. Every time we returned from sightseeing, the restaurant used to be closed. However, being centrally located, we were able to explore most of the restaurants, Beach shacks, and joints nearby. Local beer and different cuisine made each day pleasurable. Due to Govt law the pool was non functional however it was still well maintained and always tempted us to dive once, while we used to pass by. The Negatives: Passage of the building was more often dark, hence attracted lot of mosquitoes. Only on request or during late evening bulbs were lit. Bathrooms are to be checked properly. On various occasions, unavailability of hot water was a concern. During our stay, we had a mishap of overhead shower collapsing while being used. Though it was a lucky escape with no injury, yet, we advise the management to recheck rooms/bathrooms before allotting. Our experience could have been a disaster. Travelling to other locations with no vehicle in hand is a concern. Though there are agents standing right outside the hotel to render rented car and bikes, they do not appreciate negotiations and participate in unhealthy manner of arguments. A special thanks to Mr. Arindam B. for his extended support in making our stay much pleasant. He was courteous enough to recommend places to visit basis our interest. His attitude towards providing personal attention to each guest is noticeable and well appreciated by all. We sincerely hope to revisit Goa and stay here.
