  Great stay; convenient location

  Great location, located only a short walk from the esplanade where all the restaurants are located. It is also nearby Rusty's market which is opened Friday - Sundays for fresh fruit and vegetables. There are also pool and BBQ facilities which are well maintained. The rooms were spacious as were the lounge. There was ample parking down in the carpark. Though entry is a bit of a hassle where when your exiting you are driving away from the city and have to do a circle to go back. The wifi in our apartment did not reach the outer ends of the apartment. Staff was nice and friendly and offered tour booking services aswell. Overall it is definitely worth to stay. Apartments are reasonably priced.

  Great option near Convention centre

  Thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of staying around the corner from our conference location. 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen and laundry. Clean and tidy. Super helpful staff. Highly recommended.

  Really great service personable and helpful

  Room was very clean and modern nice walk to esplanade not too close to retail and restaurants however close enough in uber. Had everything you would need to cook in and relax and airconditioner was amazing. Good balcony also overall super spacious

  Clean and Spacious Apartment

  The three bedrooms apartment was very spacious, fully equipped with washer/dryer and clean. Beds were comfy. It was 10 min walk to the pier and Esplanade. Coles and shopping was not far away. We had one parking slot in the underground parking. Nonetheless, the apartment started to show it's age (the kitchen ventilation hood was not working and some blinds were slightly broken). None of these issues impacted the quality of our stay. Overall we were happy with the apartment.

  Great Apartment in the City Centre

  Cairns City Apartments comprise 3 apartment blocks in the center of Cairns right opposite to Cairns Central Shopping Centre and an easy 10 min to the waterfront and marina for cruise departures to the Great Barrier Reef. Our family of 5 stayed in the 3 Bedroom apartment in the Claredon on Spence. The apartment itself was well equipped with a very spacious lounge room and probably the largest outside deck/courtyard area I have ever seen in any apartment. Anna the manager was extremely accommodating and even though the office was shut on a Saturday afternoon met us the moment we called her to say we had arrived. Highly recommended
