  Excellent choice for Phantom, but also good traffic connections

  We stayed for one night in the Cabo Hotel. For anyone going to see the Phantom it has to be first choice. 2 minutes walks from the Neue Flora. The hotel itself looks newly built, is in the 2nd row (i.e. behind the main house on the street) so you don't get all the noise from the street (through it was quiet anyway). We had booked a family room for 3 people. It was on the 2nd floor, very clean, light, bright and friendly, the beds were more than big enough. Bathroom with glass roof. Spotless. The breakfast buffet was ample and very varied. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We can definitely recommend it for any trip to Hamburg.

  Really a pleasant surprise

  Just returned from a 3 night visit at Cabo Hotel. A very nice stay. We had room 14, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The room was really large and the bathroom was nice. All was extremely clean - new towels everyday and cleaning of the room. Our stay included breakfast again a pleasure. The hotel offers parking in garage at additional cost but it was definitely worth it for us. The hotel is centrally located which is great. And luckily the wifi works very well cause there is only German TV. Should I have any "complaints" it would be it was a little difficulty to make reservations via phone as twice they hung up when asking if they spoke English. The problem was solved by email, which was absolutely perfect and quick. I see in an old review that payment couldn't be done by card, which is not the case any longer. Absolutely a good choice for very reasonable funds.

  Nothing bad to say

  Good location with parking, nice clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast has a good selection and the beds are comfortable. :) I really loved the lovely garden wich separates the main road from the hotel. Just next to the garden you can find a good restaurant-bar, also recommended.

  Clean, honest but otherwise only average

  Cabo Hotel is, as it says in the title, a clean and honest hotel. The continental breakfast is quite good and the rooms comfortable. However, there is nothing special to recommend this hotel. I choose it because it is very close to the office I have been visiting the past few days.

  Very nice hotel in a nice neibourhood

  Very comfortable hotel near an S train station. Train goes straight to and from the airport. Hotel staff very helpful. Huge wonderful breakfast. Rooms very quiet. Supermarket just across the street. Nice restaurants around the hotel.
