Lovely family run hotelStayed in this little ten room hotel for two nights at the end of October with my 12 year old son. Beautiful setting about 15 mins into the mountains from the coast. The best thing about the hotel was the incredible hospitality and friendliness of Raimondo & Cristina. It is refreshing to stay somewhere where the couple so clearly enjoy running a hotel (even in the last week of the season). Brilliant advice on the local area. Very accommodating to a specific request I had about a late check in. The view from the room was beautiful: if possible make sure you have a top floor room with a balcony over the pool. We had 2 super breakfasts and one lovely home cooked evening meal. Only downsides was the pool was not really useable as it was unheated and so was about 12 Celsius! Hope to be able to return one day with other members of the family.

So nice & welcoming....We booked this hotel some months ago on the strength of other reviews here for a 5 day stay just after Easter and we were not disappointed. Because we had a busy schedule of sightseeing arranged we really only used the hotel as a base. The owners Cristina and Raimondo made us feel very welcome and our days got off to a perfect start with a hearty breakfast (I can recommend Raimondo's eggs & bacon). We had dinner one evening from a varied menu and would have dined there again but most evenings we were getting back rather late. The rooms are comfortable with all modern facilities available, Wi-Fi, sat. TV and a splendid balcony view of the surrounding valley. We appreciated the toiletries in the room including toothbrush, slippers and the bottle opener!!! All that was missing in the room was a kettle and some tea and coffee for the morning but we appreciate that is a very English thing and besides this issue was dealt with by my wife when she sent me down for coffee each morning!!. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the motorway and our journey back to Genoa airport took exactly 70 minutes and is only 15 minutes from the beach. All in all a lovely few days and hope to have the chance to return one day

Very nice, clean and simple hotelWe booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). The room is small with basic furniture but very clean. The Owner couple is very attentive, very friendly and multi lingual. They made us feel very welcome. There are 2 parking spots outside the hotel, but you can park on the street. Please follow the directions that provided from the hotel as a bit complicated to drive there. The restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast is basic but good. One thing did not like that to get to the room from the restaurant is to walk around the building. As it was raining when we were there got wet to walk back to the room. Pool very nice and small with lots of lawn chairs.

A little out of the way, but a great overnight stopoverRunning late leaving menton, Christina called to see how we were travelling, wouldn't make the late check in, so she left the keys & instructions for our arrival, room was clean & spacious Breakfast was good, with as much coffee as you could drink, real Coffee! Well worth the 15 minute scenic drive off the freeway

Lovely welcoming stay in the mountainsWe stayed here during a road trip around Europe. On the strength of previous reviews we thought we would try it out. The owners cant do enough to help you have the best stay, multi lingual and so helpful offering you no end of advice to the local area. The B&B is quite high in the mountains which is a welcome relief to the heat down on the coast. Clean and everything you need is here. Would definitely return if in the area.
