  Don't go here, advertised air-conditioning but air-conditioning is from the dark ages and just doesn't cut it. The room felt dirty and was like being in a sauna. Was there only 2 hrs and was refunded $40 of the $85 and owners where rude. And swimming pool wasn't even fit for animals

  A shocker

  Looks a shambles from outside and does not improve once inside. I could tell what colour hair previous guests had by looking in shower. I was expecting budget because we needed dog friendly, and they are seldom flash rooms, but this place is far from 3 star. I had shower at 9:00 pm, no hot water at all. Its 'pet friendly ' but has a dog roaming around free, who is definitely not a friendly breed, pit bull looking, and he stalked my dog and attacked him. Only one positive, beds were comfy. Shouldn't be paying more than $50.00 a night for this standard. Dont mind old furniture, but at least have it clean and patch up the holes in walls or give it a coat of paint.

  Pet friendly value for money

  A basic room that was comftable & clean. My dogs were allowed in the room which is a major plus. The air con was noisy & there were no plates,glasses etc , so bring your own if eating in. There was a microwave & tea / coffee facilities. A pleasant place to stay.

  Dont do it

  The place was smelly, not welcoming at all, unkept property, and the caretakers were not welcoming at all, all facilities are from the 60s , $85 worth NO The only bonus is that its close to local pub , takeaways , club

  Second visit just good

  My second visit here as came back as first time loved it. The staff are friendly and helpful. I just bought a Avan Aliner and not set up yet to stay in so decided to stay at this hotel again. The positives I could park in paddock next door next to my room. Dog friendly, clean room, nice bed and shower but yes it's a old building. Negatives no cutlery, cups, or plates so need to bring your own if your eating in, only plastic spoons. No water jug or bottles and no milk. Also in folder said you can order food but not this night but maybe this is due to covid I don't know. The air con was pretty noisy. My main issue was I'd had a long day of driving and again the next day, I had a disrespectful neighbour (sounded like next room) at 1245am sitting outside coughing consistently then heard him talking clear as day to a female outside. Then when he went in the room he slammed door and some banging in his room. I know this isn't the hotels fault but maybe let visitors know to be quiet. Again at 530am the same thing happened which woke me up again and I want happy.. So got up and left as couldn't go back to sleep
