  Friendly and welcoming stay

  We stayed in a four poster room and also dined at the Inn. The welcome and service we received throughout our stay was second to none. The room was perfect, clean and warm. The 3 course evening meal and breakfast, with toast served in a little rack reminiscent of our childhood, were delicious with a large choice available, all served by friendly and helpful owners and staff.

  Wow!!! What a hidden Gem!!!!

  We needed a pub/hotel that was Doggy friendly and we found this on Booking.com and when you arrive the front is not inspiring and you think maybe not?? But when you pull on drive and approach the pub the friendly and warm welcome is wonderful.. run and owned by a great Yorkshire lad.. with staff that have been with him for years. The room was good and the food top drawer.. with one of the best breakfasts you will get !!! Thank you to all the staff.. we would certainly come again!!! Advice to owner .. the photos on Trip Advisor must be old and do not do the pub or hotel justice, update them ASAP.

  Another Great Stay

  We booked this inn as a place to stay, as we were visiting family close by. It only has about 6 rooms. Which look like a line of little cottages, very pretty from the outside and warm and spacious on the inside. Big on suit bathroom. Parking outside the room door. The breakfast was so good, lots of lovely fresh fruit to start followed with a full English. Also other choices, the food was fresh and hot. In fact it was the hottest cooked breakfast I think I have had in any hotel I have stayed in. The staff are so warm and friendly, they go out of their way to help. It is a great place to stay and the atmosphere in the pub is fantastic. Even though the restrictions imposters by lockdown. I would recommend this to all, if your in the area give this little gem a go. We will be back again. Thank you all Veronica.

  Light lunch - day out with the woofers

  Lovely friendly atmosphere - staff couldnt do enough for you. We fell upon the Burlton Inn on a day out with the woofers and we were not disappointed - lovely light lunch - really tasty and value for money. We will definitely be back.

  Very friendly staff, extremely accommodating, they were able to make adjustments without any hesitation. Lovely food and very relaxing. This B&B is dog friendly with a very comfortable room. Cannot fault whatsoever . 5* thank you ;-)
