  Wonderful place to stay!

  This is the place to stay!! Dave and Margaret are wonderful hosts. The atmosphere is laid back and it feels like home. The house is beautiful and everything was squeaky clean. Rooms are decorated with different themes; fun! Breakfast was great...Margaret adds special touches to make you feel pampered. Dave is there with an endless pot of coffee. The town of Waynesboro is a cute little main street town. Loved the experience.

  Great stay at the friendly, comfortable Burgundy Lane Bed & Breakfast

  We met family mid way from our homes at Waynesboro, PA. While in Waynesboro, we stayed two nights at the Burgundy Lane Bed & Breakfast. My husband and I stayed in The Castle Room. The room was large and comfortable with a king size bed. We slept very well! Our family that drove to join us stayed across the hall in the Honeymoon Suite. Our host, Margaret, was a delight with a sparkling personality. The breakfasts that Margaret prepared for us were fantastic and delicious! While in the area, we visited Gettysburg, PA and the battlefield grounds. Waynesboro is a quaint town with alot of charm! We enjoyed our stay at the Burgundy Lane Bed and Breakfast and would love to return in the future!

  Now called The Amberson House

  This bed and breakfast has new owners and they are renovating it. It was built in 1897 and is beautiful! The family is very helpful and kind. We are hiking the Appalachian Trail and definitely needed a place like this for a day of recovery! Tony drove us to Walmart for a resupply and then to a restaurant to get our take out dinner. Nice hot shower and Emily did our laundry!

  Home Away From Home

  I had the pleasure of visiting The Amberson House this summer and cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The inn keepers are especially warm and welcoming. The guest rooms are lovely. The common areas are spacious and comfortable. The backyard is also a nice place to unwind. A true home away from home! I look forward to returning in the near future.   Very Sweet !

  Lovely night. Delicious breakfast ( thoughtfully prepared) and innkeeper Emily and Jaws were super attentive. Rooms facing back quiet. Games, library and cornhole in back. Room and bed comfortable. Highly recommended!!
