  Good

  I was there with my girlfriend and another 2 friends. PRO:fast check-in -good parking spot near the hotel -kind staff at the reception -spacious room and lots of storage spaces -the maid changed the towels everyday and made the beds -very good food and kindly waiters big and clean pool, for adults and children -funtime at the water slide -a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas -good cocktails and drinks at the bar -the staff from the pool was very kind, always smiling and they made very good cocktails(thumbs up for them, especially Martin) -hotdogs, ice-cream and sandwiches at the pool bar -animators at the pool -very nice design for the exterior aswell for the reception area -great emplacement for the hotel -the sand is sooo softfast wi-fi in some places in the room and in the lobby area -spacious and nice balcony in the room -flat-screen tv -bottled water in the room CONS: it would be better having cards insteads of keys for room acces -would be better having more songs playing at the pool area -the pool closes at 6pm, it would be nice to be at least 7pm -water slide schedule should be same as the pool one -more plugs for the room -you have to wait at least 2-3 minutes for the elevator

  Initially booked a double room at Nessebar Beach Hodel, which is from the same hotel group as Burgas Beach. Due the Covid situation, we were announced that the Nessebar Beach will not be open for the 2020 summer season, and we were redirected with the booking at Burgas Beach hotel at the same price and receiving the same package. We booked a Double Room with sea view and received a Double Room park view. When we talked at the reception desk, they told us that the Nessebar Beach hotel does not actually has a sea view, as the view is blocked by a sand dune and we have to be glad that we received an upgrade from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel. Here is a short list of "all the good" things this "4 star" hotel offers: 4 elevators badly sincronized for 19 floors (1st floor is actually the reception and lobby and the 2nd floor is the restaurant and bar). Waiting time during meal hours can go up to 30 min when you want to go from 1st floor to your room. The guest are pressing all the buttons - up and down - regardless of where they really want to go and when you tell the staff about this they do nothig. Some elevators have issues and out of a sudden, some floor buttons go red as if you pressed them. Room cleaning - The bed was clean and we had clean towels. The furniture had dust on it. The towels were changed every day, but the bed sheets and pillow covers were never changed during our stay ( 5 nights ). The dust was growing while the days passed by, as no one was cleaning the furniture. We had to clean the dust from the furniture pices we wanted to use. Bad bathroom ventilation, or to be more correctly, no ventilation in the bathroom. There was a ventilator mounted on the ceiling but just for design i guess. 3 bars - one in lobby, which was closed, one on 2nd floor and one at the pool. The 2nd floor bar was open from 15:00 to 23:00, while the pool bar was from 10:00 to 17:00. This means that if you want something to drink before 15:00 you were forced to walk to the bar pool, even if you wanted just to stay in the lobby to enjoy the drink. Snack bar - between 11:00 till 15:00. This was the first time an All inclusive package a Bulgarian hotel had only 1 snack bar timeframe and it was overlapping with the lunch ( 12:00 to 14:00 ). They only serve sandwiches and hotdogs. The offered icecream from 11:00 to 17:00, but after 2 hours, the icecream was just a cream.

  Poor 3* hotel

  We stayed at 4* hotels in Bulgaria which offer better services than Burgas Beach Hotel (3* hotel). We have been misled by the good online reviews. Probably, due to the pandemic situation they offer very poor services this year. We only enjoyed the location (you are practically on the beach all the time), the sea view of the room and the kids disco. What we didn't like was: 1. the food typical for an ordinary canteen, not a 4* hotel. Also, the plates and glasses weren't all cleaned properly (we found some food traces on a couple of plates and glasses). Another ridiculous behaviour of the canteen employees is that they gather the rest of the food in some grey buckets inside the restaurant, near the guests. We found this really stupid, as you can loose your apetite instantly if you look at them. 2. the drinks, except beer and wine, were awful (don't bother); 3. the room is small and the bathroom smelly; 4. the maid made towel swans, but didn't ever refill the soap dispenser. We had to buy soap, as they offer only the soap at our check in. 5. one of the porters pushed away my wife and child from behind, to carry some luggage in front of the hotel. 6. the interior design of the hotel is old fashioned with boring and grey colours. In conclusion, if you want to stay at a hotel close to the sea in Sunny Beach, look somewhere else. We will not come back here and won't recommend to anyone else.

  Nice atmosphere, lovely people!

  The hotel is on the beach. I recommend sea- view rooms, as the look is breathless. Studio, as it is larger and not too expensive. The meals are diverse, tasty and healthy. The staff is nice, specially the manager, I think, a young lady (with golden shoes...). The rooms are cleaned daily, though, as a suggestion for the hotel, I would mention to also provide permanent soap source at the tub, the way it is at the sink. Thank you, Burgas Beach Hotel, I will definitelt come back! (I do not understand the few very bad reviews, they are not according to the reality).

  Serdecznie polecam!!!! Hotel is great for money Service is great food was good every day something different. Location perfect!!!fantastic sea view I recommend to all . Beach is great for all
