  Sublime near Stuttgart

  This is a family favorite, and has been for the last fifteen years. Our first introduction was to the Restaurant which in and of itself is enough to draw you to this little piece of heaven. I have never had a disappointing meal here and it is a staple of any visit to the Stuttgart area. I have stayed in the hotel several times over the years both as a single and with my wife and family. Our last visit was outstanding, we had brought our whole family over to Germany to do Christmas Markets and visit our extended family in the area. We opened the festivities with a Gourmet Menu for 11 with great local area wines to compliment the each course. One of the best meals I have ever had in my 72 young years. We had 3 rooms and the hotel did everything to make us comfortable, my wife and I had a Junior Suite and our daughter had a single room, while my son and his wife had a double room just below ours. The rooms were exquisitely appointed and the Spa and pool were a delight to use. The views from the rooms at night are what castle stays are all about, lights down the valley go on forever. My daughter who is an exec with a 5 star hotel chain could not get over the level of service, and the quality of the experience.

  Worth the money

  Really great experience, nice place, perfect service, and real excellent food. All was cooked to perfection: pasta and either meat have been way over the average. We'll be back as soon as we can. Only issue is the parking place, as we've been here on Saturday evening it was a bit tricky to find a space for our car, but finally managed it. Without reservation no way to get a table.

  Muy bueno

  Trato espectacular, todo muy limpio , desayuno típico alemán de una calidad excelente . Las habitaciones son amplias. El hotel está ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo y con unas vistas espectaculares hacia los diferentes pueblos típicos de la zona Salach , Süssen , etc Precioso y muy recomendable . Lamentablemente no tuve tiempo suficiente para disfrutar todo lo que ofrece este hotel

  Quite a deal

  Maybe the 5 starts superior sets expectations a bit too high, in fact I am not sure this hotel qualifies as an ultra luxury place. One thing for sure I can say, I was there for business one day (in fact no business hotels in the surroundings), my stay was great and if I think what I usually spend for a Novotel, I can say the difference in price from a Novotel is nothing compared to my experience here. Great big room, nice attentive service, great breakfast, nice and quiet place, outside pool. No doubt I'll be back next time if price is adequate.

  Beautiful relaxing and surprising location with outstanding service and an awarded restaurant. Great overall stay! High class dinner with stunning view on the hills. Swimmingpool to chill out. A place to stay.
