  Stay here if you are hoping between mainland and Koh Phangan/KohSamui

  I stayed in Bunjongburi for a night, before the new year's eve. I had a early morning speedboat to catch. I drove from Krabi to Suratthani. This place has large spacious rooms, very economical, very clean and comfortable. This hotel has huge parking lot, gardens and some very nice open space. Will recommend not to book online. Due to low occupancy in the hotel, you get 30% off if you ask at the reception. I got one during new years, i presume it must available through the year then. Food is not so great. They serve complimentary english breakfast, its ok not that great.

  Good place for meeting and seminar

  This hotel is big. Good place for seminar. The meeting room is spacious and new. The accommodation is ok. But the staff is not quite good. The water in the room is so light so it takes long time to take a bath.

  Clean and basic accommodation

  Bunjongburi is a purpose built hotel for functions from meetings to weddings with plenty of parking space. The hotel room itself is clean but very basic. The shower is not hot enough even for a Thai standard. They provide free wifi throughout the hotel. They also give two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast is just ok. Nothing really stands out about this hotel.

  Rooms are Okay, NO in room WIFI

  I know its a late post, but I would like to share my experience during my stay in Bunjongburi Hotel, Surat Thani Thailand. My company is organising a workshop in the hotel on the 22nd and the 23rd of August 2017. The hotel is okay for a three star hotel. Its very quite, and I can see that it is a go through hotel for a group of students to stay in since it is not that expensive. Basic amenities were provided. The room was okay. Very basic, although since my room is overlooking the parking lot of the grand ballroom, be prepared to feel the heat in the afternoon. The sun heat would go directly into the hotel rooms. Since I came here on a business trip, the requirement for an ironing board and an iron is pretty much the essential to iron my clothes. Dear Bunjongburi Hotel Manager, PLEASE buy a new iron AND purchase a ironing Board so that your customers that needs to iron their clothes could do so! I had to wait 2 hours for the Iron! Because there is only ONE Iron to pass on to all the customers. Also, there are no IRONING BOARD. Your staff had the nerve to give me a thick white cloth and expected me to iron my clothes on the bed! WHY?? Simple items like these shouldn't be a problem to any hotel. If I can get a better iron and ironing board from a lower range hotel, why can't you? Wifi is quite bad in the hotel. And the best signal is at the lobby. Good luck getting a signal in the hotel room. You won't get it. Overall, the stay was okay. The Grand ballroom is very very big and the stage was alright for me.

  Clean room, Good service

  I went to this hotel for weddings party, room is clean, service is good. lot of parking space, meeting room also big, clean and good. I don't know much about this area, but there is no near by place to go by walk, so just checked in and stay at the hotel.
