  Excellent small hotel, with lovely pool.

  Great hotel, run by a very friendly family (who picked us up and dropped us off back at the port.) Lovely pool, which is kept clean and is a good size - the bedrooms are kept very clean - we were fortunate to have a very large balcony too - and a good breakfast with fantastic home made jams & marmalade (plus hams, cheeses, tomatoes, fried eggs, omelettes, toast, yogurts etc) The beach is a good 10 minute walk down a steep hill - 15 minutes back - we would highly recommend a car here (we decided that after one night here) as there are only 3 Tavernas within walking distance - and it's a dark walk home. It's also worth having a car as there are loads of really stunning beaches, some almost deserted, just a short drive away - the hotel owner recommended a car hire company who were very good - they came and collected us from the hotel.

  Very nice hotel and warm welcome

  If you want to taste the real sense of Greek hospitality, this is the place to visit. Great accommodation. Breath taking view on Mikonos from the balcony. Nice bathroom and shower. The studios have a small kitchen, perfect to make a simple dinner. What makes the difference is the fact that the Vidal is family, running the hotel, will make sure that you don't miss anything during your stay. Really a great asset! Breakfast is perfect with a large choice of cold cuts, cheese, home made cakes including tsoureki and fresh bread. On our last day as we were leaving rather early before breakfast, they prepared some sandwiches that we enjoyed during our boat trip back to Athens. We highly recommend the place. Note that a car or bike is highly recommended to enjoy Tinos.

  Warm & helpful

  We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time at Carlos. Te pool is really cool, breakfast a delight and the rooms were fine. The staff was kind and helpful, which is always a good sign. The beach is nearby and sandy, with a couple of cafes in the back. Perfect for a short break or island hop destination. Evgaristou !

  perfect place to stay

  We had a Beautiful room to stay in with a nice terrace. And most of all a beautiful stunning view. Because the view is good you are higher up the hill and if you have no car it is a bit of a climb up. The pool was cold but we had good swims. Breakfast is great and there is more than enough choice. Natalie and here brother are more than just helpful, they are great!! Tinos island is also a beautiful island with lots of things to see. The only negative point is the wind.

  Needs vast improvement.

  Personnel : very very kind and welcoming and the only reason I put a 2 and not a 1. View of the room : amazing and the second reason we our 2 and not 1.... Pool : dirty fool of sand Breakfast : ultra basic , marmalade , Chinese honey ( for god sake ) cheese and turkey. Fresh bread was the only plus and the fresh figs. No tinian dishes and traditional recipes. Room : needs renovation a lot of renovation except bathroom which seems recently renovated. Chairs that need painting , walls that need painting and old pictures on the wall from the 80s.... hygiene standards REASON TO LEAVE. Cleaning lady had the towels on a super market basket and on the floor . Breakfast area : oh that was funny no one was wearing masks and all people were free to touch anything they wanted and the same fork to take their food. If one had Covid in there they did anything possible so that everyone would get it .... we ended up not eating nothing.
