  Theft

  I made a booking with sunburn sea view apartments and was required to cancel. This was free, however, from my call no action was taken and I have now since been charged in my credit card. In response to me saying I cancelled months ago when the borders closed I was advised that it was "there word against mine". Will be taking this further with the required authorities.

  Lovely spacious Apartment with a problem

  The Bunbury Seaview Apartments are ideally situated across the road from the Beach and the Apartment that we stayed in was spacious with separate bedroom and lounge area including a small court yard over looking the pool. Unfortunately like a number of other guests our television did not work and local technicians could not find a solution to the problem during our short stay. We did receive a discount voucher for a future stay by way of apology and the reception staff could not have been more helpful under some trying circumstances. Our check in was delayed due to previous occupants not vacating on time. However all things considered we would certainly stay here again but perhaps choose an apartment not overlooking the pool which can be noisy especially in school holidays.

  One night stay, very enjoyable

  Managed to book last minute and get the last apartment on the Australia Day weekend due to cancellation. Lovely spacious apartment on the 1st floor, with nice modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Terrific view of the ocean across the road and woke up to the sound of gentle waves. This apartment didn't have a balcony but it did have windows that could be opened for fresh sea air. Very comfortable bed too. The restaurant was being renovated so was closed but not a problem as Bunbury has lots of restaurants a short drive away.

  Average, didnt love it

  Recently stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe King studio. Good: The views from the hotel are excellent, the beach is only meters away. Close to city centre, restaurants and shops. Room was very clean and has all ammenities you will require, king bed very comfortable, complex also has a pool. Free undercover lock up parking. Not so good: If you like ordering Uber Eats there are very few delivery partners out that way and you will have to time placing your order and hope there are drivers around. The layout of the complex is weird and confusing to understand at first, easy to get lost, lots of stair cases and doors to enter through. 2 x old style keys to open all the doors (not zap cards like modern hotels), to access your apartment you unlock one door door to a tiny room, lock it and then open another door to access your apartment, very strange. Price is expensive for what you are getting, youre pretty much paying for the view and an ok room. Also no room service available and lobby/reception closes at 7pm. Staff were not unpleasant but not very friendly either. All free TV channels, not even one movie channel or Foxtel option. Wont stay here again, the review probably sounds harsh but for what they charged us we didnt love it and expected more.

  Beautiful apartment

  A fantastic stop for a couple of nights. Quiet, clean, opposite beach...watch the windsurfers from the windows! Beautiful apartment- easy to bring own food. Helpful staff. Convenient to get anywhere in town or surrounding sites. Excellent for families, couples, business.
