  Feel like haunted hotel

  Just got Java Room, which is in another building and the staff refused to escort us there. We ended up lost before find our room. The building just like haunted, so big, spacious, with so little guest and no cctv. Breakfast so terrible, they don't inform us wich room and when the breakfast ready. No omelet and can't take leftovers back to our room. The pool staff are not friendly, they suspicious us sneaking into pool without buying ticket, even cleary, we said about our room number numerous times.

  Affordable yet convenient

  Seemed like this hotel is one of the best hotel in Kediri. My big family stayed at this hotel for a reunion and our kids loved the pool so much. It's a giant pool but not too deep so they were enjoying being in the water. The hotel room was ok, a bit dusty but could be tolerate. The cars could be park in front of the room so it's a plus. The breakfast was so so but the view from the dining room was lovely. I would say we're enjoying our stay in Bukit Daun.

  Could be a lot more.

  Im here with my fiancé, were having a standard room and nothing to say upon it. The room is big, clean, funcional, the bathroom is filled with shampoo, soap, beauty amenities and the shower has hot water, the toilet has toilet paper which here in South Asia is a big plus as normally they use the rear shower. Cleaning service everyday so the room is ok. The place is huge and peaceful so you will able to sleep, relax and rest really good. Lets talk about the pool. The pool is big, Max deep of 1,30 and has also a lower part where you can sit and enjoy the dolphins fountains spilling water. There is also an area for kids. The problem is that you have to wear a burkini to swim (the Muslim edition of a bikini), which I dont have. I went to swim in any case with my swimsuit and had few glances from the ladies there. The breakfast is from 7 to 10, you will have tickets for it and the restaurant is nice and poolside. The service is ok but tonight we came to have dinner and at 8pm and we asked for meat with vegetables and they didnt had the meat. So we asked for chicken, and didnt had the chicken. I asked for a sushi burrito, and its sold out, for a pizza cone, sold out. Its Friday night and this is a resort, with romantic options for couples. I think that at least having the kitchen ready to prepare what they have on the menu. They also have a gym here but you have to pay to access to it, its the first time in my life that I have to pay to access to the gym of the hotel Im staying at. With the structure they have they could be easily an international hotel and resort but its not well organized.

  Bad Hotel with Unprofessional Staff and Services

  I got a meeting with my colleague at here. i saw the staff doesnt wear name tag on their uniform, from security. waiter, pool attendant, untill manager. No greetings with opened door by bell boy. i feel so desolate and not friendly.no offering help for carrying lugagge. meeting room doesnt provide wifi with good speed. the menu for meeting are bad taste, bad qualit like we got fried carp but it's not fresh smells so bad, taste the vegetables so salty, dry and bad presentation. The cold drink we got ice grass jelly, the jelly so bitter. we not satisfied with meeting room menu. how come their chef produced bad food like this. The hotel doesnt provide clean water closet, and Mushola too, i dont feel comfort to take shalat at hotels musholla. In the afternoon my kids come to visit me at meeting.They waited at pool and ordered some menu, no waiter/waitress come with responsive. Too long for waiting although the situation are quite not full. For paying bills are same, they too long for responded.

  Swimming

  I have never stayed in the hotel butI went swimming several times!!! It costs me Rp.25k ... Great place to swim, especially in the weekday! Not too crowded... The water was clean!! you will get a free tea.. Anyway, bring your own towel if you just want to swim..
