  Adequate

  We spent 2 nights in F205 and found it to be quite adequate but nothing to write home about. Below are the plus and minutes. + Very clean inside and out. + Well stocked kitchen + Recently updated carpet + Hot, Hot water and plenty of water pressure. Showers were nice after skiing. + nice use of space. Sleeps 6 well with use of pull-out couch in living area. + Covered carport with assigned spot. + Not great but decent views + James from A1 rentals was very responsive. Called him before our stay and he got back promptly. We called Saturday night because we didn't know the firewood was on the balcony. James got right back with us. (Sorry to bother you, James) - heating and plumbing noises. All and more as described in other reviews. We were able to sleep but I could see where some would find it intolerable. - Hot tubs though clean and nice are indoors, across a parking lot in another building. - 3 flights of stairs to level 2. Another reason you won't use the hot tubs. - 3 miles up a populated road. A lot of condos. - Pull out bed very uncomfortable as most are. However, the owners provided a down comforter to be placed as feather top and it helped immensely. Very thoughtful - thank you, A great basic place just set your expectations accordingly . It's a 3.

  Beautiful views- great location

  Great location- close to shopping and right next to hiking trails. The place slept 4 people comfortably and the amenties of the pool and hot tub were nice. We could not believe the views- breathtaking. You can see Dillon Lake, Keystone mountain and another mountain range. Very peaceful and tranquil setting. Surpisingly quiet. The unit we were in was updated with lots of wood accents and had a great mountain feel. Bldg A on the second floor was great.

  The stairs to the condo were a wee bit annoying but it wasn't too bad. Other than that, this place was great ! We loved the layout of the condo. It's very open and cozy. Bonus points for the balcony. It was nice to relax in the sun after a long day on the hill. The pool house was fun; hottub, pool, game room and common area. All in all I'd definitely stay at this Buffalo ridge condo again.

  Buffalo Ridge condominium A205

  While this condo was acceptable, it is tired and without amenities--like salt, pepper, coffee filters, to name a few. The kitchen faucet leaked and the bathrooms had uncontrolable water temperatures (ice water to scalding water). I have rented many units in Summit County and this was not a favorite. The layout is ok, but the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, is a couple separate plumbing experiments. I will look further next year.

  Good central location for the ski resorts - AMAZING VIEWS

  We stayed in a unit on the southern side of the AB building, and it was hands down the best view I have every had at a rental, with sweeping views of Dilon Lake and the surrounding mountains in the distance. The unit itself was relatively modern with comfortable furniture and all of the appliances you would need. The twin beds were pretty uncomfortable, but the queen bed was fine. The AB building required a 3-4 minute walk outside to get to the shared pool, hot tub, and sauna, but it wasn't too bad for us. The roads and parking lot were cleared about average during the snowfalls. The booking process and check in with the management company was very easy. I would definitely recommend this property!
