  Les falta mejorar bastantes cosas Aspectos positivos: - nos dejaron una habitación antes del check in y después del check out para ducharnos. - el personal es amable. - el entorno es muy bonito. Aspectos negativos: - bungalow: si llueve y hace viento se pasa frío ya que no está aislado (ventanas sin cristal) y huecos en el bambú. A nosotros nos hizo mal tiempo y pasamos frío tanto en la habitación como en el comedor. - desayuno y comidas: la comida no está buena. En el desayuno tienen mala gestión, toda la fruta llena de bichos porque está sin tapar, mosquitos flotando en la leche...un desastre! Durante la cena te toman nota y una vez te sirven desaparecen del comedor. Si quieres algo más tienes que salir a buscarles y ver que están sentados en La Cocina... - El staff no habla bien inglés. A excepción del que parece el dueño no hablan bien, lo cual nos llevó a un malentendido y a esperar una hora a que sirvieran la cena. - Alquiler de motos: El doble que el precio de la zona. Nos dijeron que incluía la gasolina, y tuvimos que pedir que nos llenaran el depósito al segundo día ya que según ellos estaba preparada pero tenía muy poca gasolina. La solución fue darnos otra moto bastante peor que la del primer día.

  Wonderfully quiet and relaxing

  Ans Eco Garden is situated amidst the rice paddies and nature, where the sound of goats calling from the mountains is more common than the noise of an occasional motorbike passing by. So if you are in for a quiet and relaxing stay than look no further. We were amazed by setting of this small eco resort, situated at the foot of a mountain, overlooking a lake and surrounded by beautiful nature. We stayed for two nights in a bamboo bungalow with lake view. The bungalow was spacious and nicely decorated with bamboo furniture, wooden floor and enough storage room for clothing. The bungalow was equipped with air conditioning and a fan and sealed of with windows and a door (so no bugs coming in, expect for mosquitos). The adjacent bathroom had a good shower with nice hot water (note that the boiler needs 15 minutes to heat). Only things missing were lamps on the nightstands for reading as there was one main switch for the lights, illuminating the whole room and a mosquito net above the bed. The bungalow was exceptionally clean but there was a faint strange smell (perhaps insecticide/cleaning product?) that was most apparent upon entering. In line with the cleanliness of the bungalow, the property was very well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful (special thanks to receptionist Liam who made our stay very enjoyable). As the resort is a little far from eateries, in-house dinning is recommended. The restaurant offers a wide choice of Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices (5 to 10 USD per person) but dont expect any culinary delights. For breakfast there was à la carte choice from the menu (bread with butter and jam, eggs, fruit platter). In conclusion, we were sorry for only staying two nights and can really recommend this place for its outstanding setting, clean rooms and good service. Tip: bikes are available (free of charge) and moterbikes can be rented for a small price.

  Very Peaceful Place

  We spent a week here, and it was very nice. Away from the crazyness of Tam Coc, but close to what you want to see. The huts are clean, the place is very peaceful, and the service is excellent. You can rent a motorbike from them also. They speak good English, and you can also get picked up if you want to travel to Hanoi, as they have connections to get you there. Clean, peaceful, and very pretty location. We really enjoyed our stay there. Steve Gummert

  Peaceful place

  Perfect place for a retreat or a relaxing holidays. No noise around, its located in the middle of limestones and rice fields. The staff is friendly and speak english, bungalows are well incorporated into the landscape. Not reachable for buses so never feel crowded there. Dont hesitate to ask for bikes and go to have a round untill the small village nearby : must see!

  Stunning natural setting, service and food a ZERO

  Breathtaking natural setting, charming cabins, beautiful pool and reasonable prices...this place really could have been great BUT ... the restaurant hardly had any food on menu available during our 3 night stay and they served dishes consistently cold, late and not at the same time. It took almost half an hour to get a menu at breakfast and then another half hour to get a tiny cup of coffee. They only had 2 dinner menus for the whole restaurant! Especially because the hotel is quite isolated from town the restaurant really needs to be better. General hotel service was also very inconsistent and poor ( didnt clean room regularly, didnt replace toilet paper, didnt tidy public sitting areas , we had to wait for our room to be prepared for quite a while although we arrived several hours after check in time and had notified them of our arrival time way ahead of time). Staff was friendly but they were way understaffed, undertrained and limited English made matters even worse. They need a new cook and restaurant manager ASAP, and an addition of a comfy lounge area and equipped bar with a bartender would be a major improvement. Also upon check-in more info on activities in town and a map would be great! No fishing or boating available for kids when we were there ( as mentioned in other reviews). This place could be great with a real restaurant, trained staff and a hotel manager with a clear vision for the place who knows what they are doing. I wanted to love this place but sadly we came away frustrated.
