  Me dio miedo....

  desde san francisco a carmel, decidimos parar en sta cruz una noche. llegamos tarde y paramos aqui. no cerraban las ventanas que daban a un baldio , estaba oscuro, muy sucio!!! me dio miedo!!!!

  Big Changes;Best Rates for the Area;Very close to Boardwalk.

  Obviously, the place has been recently remodeled. The room we stayed in had nice new wood floors, beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom, new locking windows and wood blinds with an additional room with refrigerator, microwave, sink, desk,large mirror, and door to small outside balcony. Was very quiet at night. The owner was beyond nice and accommodating. I'm pretty picky.

  Small but comfortable

  I have stay here two times now. I was not sure when I 1st pulled up if I was goimg to like it because it is very small. previously speaking to the manager helped little and made me a little more comfortable. he is very nice in atentative. I am a very picky traveler and asked for a lot of moderations on a regular basis. So it helped when I arrived early he was able to accommodate me and also gave me one of his best rooms newly remodeled with a Large kitchen. I was also surprised to see a walk in shower And a remodeled bathroom. From the outside the place looks small but the rooms are very large on the inside. Maid service Just OK but when I need to something taken care of that the maid forgot to the manager came in that evening and did a his self which was very appreciated. good all in all I would have to say not a badd place to stay in Santa Cruz. You can expect the manager to take good care of you wonderful And because it's such a small location you don't have to worry about a lot Of noise our traffic in your area will stay again.

  Not the best

  I was very leary of staying here ( booked online ) because the neighborhood is not too clean. I did spend the night but would never ever stay here again. Not recommended for senior citizens especially.

  Very good

  I give 4/5 stars. The price, great location, fridge and microwave, and friendly staff make this a great find. Room was clean, quiet considering location. Windows on front and back walls for ventilation a plus in smaller rooms.
