  Alojamiento barato para pasar unos días

  Desde fuera ya se nota dónde te vas a meter, es un sitio barato para pasar la noche sin más. El hotel es muy básico, sin ningún lujo y de lo más barato que encontramos para las fechas que fuimos (semana santa).

  Do not stay here!

  Awful experience! This is not a hotel. People are clearly living here permanently. It felt like we was in an asylum seeker camp. There was noise and loud slamming with doors throughout the night, and at 06 in the morning children were running through the hall screaming in arabic. The room was dirty, i dropped my sheet on the floor and picked it up with dirt and long black hairs attaching to it. Looked like dog fur. We payd for a double rom, and got a bunk bed with a 1.20 cm bed at the bottom.... We had to put on bed linen ourself. The sheet was to small so we hade to use 2 sheets to cover the mattress. There was a disgusting stain on the mattress of the top bunk, visible to us when lying down. Bathroom was not clean, old dirt around the soap dispenser, and burn marks on the shelf. Overall dirty, disgusting and felt like a homeless shelter!!! To Budget Hotel: it might be a good idea to separate residents and random guests! WHY would you give someone a room next to noisy residents??

  The Clue is in the Name

  Don't judge this 'hotel' by your usual standards. It's a basic, budget, hostel-like place but ideal to spend a night or two in if you're on a budget and don't want to pay standard Norwegian prices. It's located right by the railway station and ferry terminal and is right next to the city centre, so its location is very convenient. However, it is also right next to a busy flyover and a filling station. The 'hotel' consists of what in the UK are known as 'Portakabins'. It looks exactly like the temporary office units that are located on constructions sites. However, once inside, it offers good, basic accommodation, with all rooms having their own en suite facilities. This is absolutely not somewhere for travellers who are looking for comfort, style and exclusivity, but if you don't mind the basic accommodation and the 'interesting' fellow residents, this is a good, affordable place to stay.

  Cheap and central

  Only if you want a cheap bed for the night. Clean and central, but thats about it. Near the railwaystation and the main road into the city centre, but rather well isolated. But I would stay there again if I only needed a bed for the night and nothing more.

  Only Basic

  They hotel is right next to train station which is easy to approach for traveler. They place and the room is just basic, simple and small space. The room we got was clean enough, it is a bit noisy during day time with traffic. Not so bad after 11pm. Wifi is moderately good. It really is meant for people who needs to travel under budget.
