  Excelente lugar de hospedaje

  Me hospedé durante una semana en el hotel. Las vistas desde el hotel son maravillosas y el desayuno es completo: Para hacer senderismo hay varios caminos y aconsejan de distinta duración y complejidad. Los días de lluvia se puede hacer un día relax con spa, pisina, baño turco, solarium, entre otros.

  Great experience in a wonderful hotel

  This hotel is fantastic with all the facilities being top notch. The newly opened skypool is a gem. Moreover the staff are all very welcoming and made us feel truly at home. A great experience which we would definitely recommend. Will definitely visit again.

  Hidden Wonder??

  We recently spent a week here on the 3/4 wellness package, & stayed at the crystal rock suite in Relais Le Gemme. It was my wife's 50th birthday & we had been recommended this hotel by a work colleague to stay at for our skiing holiday in nearby St Martino De Castrozza. What a wonderful hotel, & wonderful set of staff this place is, it almost appears to be a bit of a hidden secret as the vast majority of guests are Italians, we may have been the the only English people there. The breakfast & evening dinner were sublime with a different menu to choose from for each evening meal, i am a pescatorian & had no issues with finding either a fish dish or vegetarian dish to select from. At the tyrolean evening there was some "panic" as the menu only contained meat options, but this was soon sorted out for me & a wonderful meal followed (thank you Juan!). Wine selection was good & very reasonably priced. Monday's cheese selection was a particular highlight that we wished was repeated at least once more during the week. The afternoon buffet wasn't quite up to the same standards, as it was very similar most days & if you arrived in the last hour or service , the choice was reduced as there didn't appear to be an attempt to keep it fully stocked throughout the whole service duration. Facilities were great & we really enjoyed the sky spa on the roof - lovely warm water at an outside temperature of around zero! Our suite was as good as the photos suggested & i would willingly come back here again. A couple of minor moans. The king/queen sized bed was actually covered by 2 single mattresses & single duvets (quite common in Europe) & the resultant ridge in the middle wasn't the most comfortable for a couple who enjoy being next to each other in bed. The room was advertised with a mini bar, but this was essentially a fridge kept stocked with bottled water & no apparent option of having it stocked as a bar. Final minor moan is the car parking arrangements are really too small for the hotel size & frequently we were lucky to get the last space across the road let alone in the actual hotel car park itself. But in conclusion these are me being picky, i would willingly recommend the hotel to anyone

  Great service, delicious food,100% recommended!

  This is really the gem in Dolomites! Starting from warm welcome with prosecco upon check-in till saying goodbye early in the morning with carefully thoughtfully packed fresh take-away breakfast all our week stay was filled with care, great service, delicious food and relaxing spa. Nothing to add, just thank you! Grazie mille!

  Nice choice for a stop on the way

  This hotel is very large and offers a lot of services. Front desk is nice and efficient, prosecco is offered upon arrival, very good. Our room was large, oldish but well maintained and with a refurbished bathroom that was nice and modern. Breakfast was classical, good products. Didn't try the restaurant. As for the spa it is composed of a new modern part on the roof, superb resting area, spacious roof top with a small swimming pool and sauna. Unfortunately we're not really in Tyrol anymore and sauna culture hasn't made it to there: almost everybody was keeping its swimsuit (sometime even without towel !!) despite the signs, and the people in charge didn't care at all. Downstairs is a large wellness area again with sauna (rules only slightly better followed when we were there), rest area, garden, as well as a large indoor pool for those who like noise and promiscuity... Free parking, average soundproofing, very classical style form the rest. Altogether a good and convenient address for a stop on the way but we wouldn't stay there for a longer holiday.
