  Lovely Hotel

  I needed somewhere to stay between the airport and my relatives hometown. This was perfect. 30min south (SE) of the airport and ready to find using Google Maps. The check-in was really fast and welcoming. I had a ground floor room in a two storey complex. Undercover parking is available for all rooms which is a godsend in Qld. I had both sun and pouring rain! The rim is large with a desk, dining table for two, kitchenette, QS bed and nicely appointed bathroom. The kitchen has two hotplates and a microwave for cooking, a bar fridge and all crockery and utensils. There is also a sink for doing dishes. The good-sized shower has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner fixed in a wall dispenser and there are extra face-washers in the cupboard. Shower had great pressure and is very high up on the wall - which must be great for tall people. Wardrobe with an iron and full sized ironing board. Extra pillows and blankets are stored in here also. Reverse cycle AC was my favourite feature - I hate the heat! The bed was very comfy and the TV had Foxtel (sport and movies - I don't know which I didn't really watch it). Great hotel with lovely staff, I'd definitely stay there again next time I visit the rellies.

  Extra room for family

  Rooms are beautiful & clean, along with the bathrooms. Grounds are spotless. Highly recommend. Great service all round. Will definitely be staying here again as it's perfect for families. Close to Browns Plains Shopping centre and Greenbank RSL.

  Terrific owners, facilities and location

  Always my go-to accommodation when I'm up in Brisbane, never had a single problem. Andrea and Robin are fantastic hosts and nothing is ever a problem for them, even horrible travellers like me who are always checking in late at night. The Motel is always clean and fresh and the location is perfect, putting aside the road works which are long overdue. The breakfast served is always spot on and of a high quality, the cleaning staff are friendly and super efficient. All in all I would recommend the BPMI to anyone, already looking forward to my next trip up north and will be checking in again.

  A haven when needed

  When I phoned this motel to book I spoke to Andrea and explained that we needed accommodation because of a family crisis but didn't know how long we would be staying. She assured me that we wouldn't be thrown out on the street - they would find a room for us for as long as we needed it. This was certainly the case. We found the motel to be clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. It is situated on a very busy highway but road noise at night is minimal. There is noise quite early in the morning from surrounding industrial businesses so getting a sleep in was not an option. (Not that we needed it) Facilities allowed us to cook our own breakfasts, although we did order room service on our first morning and this was delivered at the time requested and was excellent. The bed was comfortable, a selection of teas and coffee etc, biscuits replenished each day, milk. Shower pressure was amazing!! I found the hair dryer fixed on the wall a bit of a problem.Because of a back injury I find it difficult to stand, so would have liked the dryer to be free so that I could have sat down to dry my hair. However - I do understand that these are things which can' disappear ' if they are not fixed. The laundry room was excellent - and there is a dryer plus a line and pegs outside for hanging clothes. A car park outside each room under cover was welcome in that heat. There is a small pool although we didn't use it. Rooms were serviced each day. Greenbank RSL is just along the road and provided many of our evening meals. We would certainly use this motel again and thank Andrea and Robin for their kindness during our stay.

  Good value

  Basic clean rooms at affordable price. Walking distance 250 m to RSL club. 1 km to shopping centre. Coin-operated laundry facilities. Undercover parking. Swimming pool but not much bigger than spa pool.
