  Excellent B&B in Ballybogey

  Estuvimos en Junio de 2013 en Brown's Country House. La verdad que la hospitalidad de Jean & Sam fue espectacular. Ellos son muy amigables y la habitación y baño estaban muy limpios y en muy buen estado. Estupendo para visitar Derry, Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, etc... Por supuesto, si regresamos a Irlanda, volveremos!!

  Home away from Home !

  A wonderful welcome from the Browns, with guidance given regarding dining out, church in the morning, and the best route to follow for a spectacular luncheon spot! Our room on the upper floor was lovely, very comfortable and spacious. We have very fond memories of our welcome to their home and recommend this spot in a quiet country setting.

  A highlight of our trip

  Browns Country House is ideally located just south of Portrush and Bushmills and only a few minutes from Giant's Causeway and other important sites on the Causeway coast. The beautiful rural setting is peaceful and relaxing. The house is designed for guests comfort. Sam and Jean are as delightful a couple as you will ever meet. The Browns have had a B&B for the better part of a half-century, yet each guest is made to feel like family. They are gracious and accommodating hosts. Jeans breakfasts are elaborate, generous and wonderful, so much so that we had no need for lunch. Sam is the waiter and his cheerful banter with guests creates a happy start to each day. Jean says, He is the talker and he will eagerly sit and talk about dont miss places to visit. We spent a week with them and would gladly return every year if we could. The reasonable rates make it a great dollar value. We cant imagine a better place to stay.

  Fabulous Irish Breakfast!

  I visited Ireland about 2 years ago with a friend of mine and our first B&B was here at the Brown's Country house. The couple who owned the home were very warm and welcoming and interacted with us during breakfast which was a nice conversation. The Breakfast itself was delicious! I love my eggs, bacon and tomato but my friend insisted it was the best porridge she ever had! The location is good, the area very quiet and they were very informative on the area as well. Thank you so much for hosting us!
