  Comfortable and Clean

  Cheap affordable room for a family of 5. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Outside is a little dated but we are really just here for somewhere to shower and sleep. Opposite Pacific Fair so handy to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again

  Great for a Short Stay

  My partner and I stayed here for a couple of weeks after relocating from the UK whilst we secured more long term accommodation in the Gold Coast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The receptionist lady is super friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend Browns at Broadbeach for a cheap and cheerful short stay.

  Horror show

  We stayed here a while back and found it horrible. Paper thin walls meant we could here everybody outside and our neighbours. The room we were put in (2 people) was a shoebox. I would not recommend this place.

  Worst motel

  All I can say is this is one the worst motel I have ever lived in, beds were dirty he blankets were not washed, beds had sand in them, and two small beds they must be very old, wires in the bed were hurting so bad. I told the receptionist, she looked like an illegal worker on tourist visa had no idea whats happening. I asked for a room change but she said we are sold out, and when I went online and checked they had 5 rooms available. They have non refundable policy, because they know if you go in there you will not want to stay here at all. Pathetic motel, pathetic service. Specially if you have allergies then dont spoil you holidays by going to this motel.

  Very old and tired but within walking distance to Casino and Beach

  The place is old. It really needs renovating. Everything is just tired and old. It didnt really bother me as I was only there for 1 night, but if you were to stay for a week, it is rather depressing. It wouldnt take much for the owners to do it up a bit (new paint, new curtains, etc). Towels were provided but no hand towels, which I found strange. Location is its draw card, not its appearance. I chose this motel as it is within walking distance to the beach and to The Star casino. It is a large apartment with lots of space for 4 people if required. Free Wifi is available inside the apartment. The kitchen and lounge area is open plan. The bed was comfortable and the place was unexpectedly quiet which was great! Plenty of parking either under the building or down the back of the property. Lots of eating placing within walking distance. We went to the local Surf Life Saving Club for dinner and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. The GC tram service is a short walk away.
